Conditions Governing the Use of Autopass Card
1. The Autopass Card is a Vehicle Entry Permit issued to the specific vehicle registration number (as stated at the point
of application) and is not transferrable to another vehicle.
2. Please ensure that you have valid insurance coverage and road tax for your vehicle for the period of your vehicle's
stay in Singapore. You are required to produce the insurance policy and vehicle registration documents for verification
upon request.
3. While in Singapore, you are required to top up your Autopass Card in Singapore with sufficient cash value to pay for
your VEP fees, toll charges and ERP fees (if applicable).
4. Under Section 12 of the Road Traffic Act, Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) and residents of
Singapore are not allowed to use or keep foreign-registered vehicles in Singapore unless they pay the registration fees
for these vehicles as determined by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
5. Any employment pass holder, who is neither a SPR nor a resident of Singapore, may drive a foreign-registered vehicle
in Singapore only if ALL of these conditions are met:
(a) he is the registered owner of the vehicle;
(b) he resides outside Singapore;
(c) the vehicle is kept or used outside Singapore for a total period of 6 hours or more every day;
(d) he has a valid insurance certificate and road tax for the use of the vehicle on Singapore roads; and
(e) the vehicle has an Autopass Card to validate its entry and exit at Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints and for
payment of Vehicle Entry Permit/Toll charges.
6. Refund of Autopass Card is to be submitted with:
(a) Autopass Card;
(b) Photocopy of passport/NRIC of the refundee;
(c) Address and contact details of refundee; and
(d) Duly completed “Autopass Card Refund Form”.
7. Only the Stored Value of the Autopass Card can be refunded, subject to the Card Holder’s liability to LTA and
compliance of NETS’ Terms and Conditions.
8. LTA shall not be liable to replace the Autopass Card after the first successful use of the Card for transaction or
payment made on the Card.
9. LTA reserves the right to verify the particulars and/or documents of the Autopass Card applicant and/or the driver of
the vehicle.
10. If you lose your Autopass Card, you are advised to report the loss promptly to the Singapore Police or Malaysia Police
(depending on where you lost the card) and submit for verification upon request.
11. The Autopass Card Holder shall risk its Vehicle Entry Permit being revoked or cancelled in the event that there is any
breach in the use of the Autopass Card or any violations of Singapore laws.
12. LTA reserves the right to revise or add to any Conditions governing the use of Autopass Card at any time or use by
publication thereof at its website or any appropriate premises as may be determined by LTA. The Card Holder's
continued use of the Autopass Card after the date of publication shall be deemed to be the Card Holder's acceptance
of LTA's revised Conditions.
13. NETS, the Approved Holder, together with DBS Bank Ltd, OCBC Bank and United Overseas Bank Ltd, the Approved
Banks, are jointly and severally liable for the Stored Value in the Autopass Card. Terms and conditions are posted at

Syarat yang Mengawal Penggunaan Kad Autopass
1. Kad Autopass ialah Permit Masuk Kenderaan yang dikeluarkan untuk nombor pendaftaran kenderaan yang tertentu (seperti yang
dinyatakan semasa permohonan) dan tidak boleh dipindahkan ke kenderaan lain.
2. Sila pastikan bahawa anda mempunyai perlindungan insurans dan cukai jalan yang sah untuk kenderaan anda sepanjang tempoh
kenderaan anda berada di Singapura. Anda dikehendaki menunjukkan dokumen insurans dan pendaftaran kenderaan untuk tujuan
pengesahan apabila diminta.
3. Semasa di Singapura, anda dikehendaki menambah nilai Kad Autopass anda di Singapura agar nilai tunainya mencukupi untuk
membayar yuran VEP, caj Tol dan yuran ERP (jika dikenakan).
4. Di bawah Seksyen 12 dalam Akta Lalu Lintas Jalan Raya, warganegara Singapura, Penduduk Tetap Singapura (SPR) dan
penduduk Singapura tidak dibenarkan memandu atau menggunakan kenderaan bernombor pendaftaran negara asing di Singapura
melainkan mereka membayar yuran pendaftaran untuk kenderaan ini seperti yang ditentukan oleh Penguasa Pengangkutan Darat
(LTA).
5. Pemegang pas pekerjaan, yang bukan Penduduk Tetap Singapura (SPR) dan juga bukan penduduk Singapura, boleh memandu
kenderaan berpendaftaran negara asing di Singapura hanya jika SEMUA syarat-syarat ini dipenuhi:
(a) beliau pemilik berdaftar kenderaan tersebut;
(b) beliau menetap di luar Singapura;
(c) kenderaan disimpan atau digunakan di luar Singapura selama 6 jam atau lebih setiap hari;
(d) beliau memiliki sijil insurans dan cukai jalan yang sah untuk kegunaan kenderaan di jalan raya Singapura; dan
(e) kenderaan memiliki Kad Autopass untuk mengesahkan masuk dan keluar di pemeriksaan Woodlands dan Tuas dan untuk
membuat bayaran Permit Masuk Kenderaan/Tol.
6. Bayaran balik Kad Autopass hendaklah diserahkan berserta:
(a) Kad Autopass;
(b) Salinan pasport/NRIC penerima bayaran balik;
(c) Alamat dan butiran hubungan penerima bayaran balik; dan
(d) Borang pembayaran balik Kad Autopass yang telah lengkap diisi.
7. Hanya baki nilai wang dalam kad Autopass sahaja yang akan di kembalikan, tertakluk pada segala tunggakkan kepada LTA yang di
tanggung oleh pemilik kad, dan syarat syarat NETS.
8. LTA tidak akan bertanggung jawap mengganti kad Autopass selepas pengurusan atau pembayaran telah di lakukan dengan kad
tersebut.
9. LTA berhak memeriksa butiran dan/atau dokumen pemohon Kad Autopass dan/atau pemandu kenderaan.
10. Sekiranya Kad Autopass anda hilang, anda dinasihati agar melaporkan tentang kehilangan tersebut dengan segera kepada pihak
Polis Singapura atau Polis DiRaja Malaysia (bergantung pada tempat kad tersebut hilang) dan serahkan untuk pengesahan
semasa membuat permohonan.
11. Pemegang Kad Autopass harus menanggung risiko Permit Masuk Kenderaannya ditarik balik atau dibatalkan sekiranya berlaku
sebarang pelanggaran dalam penggunaan Kad Autopass atau sebarang pelanggaran undang-undang Singapura.
12. LTA berhak meminda atau menambah sebarang Syarat yang mengawal penggunaan Kad Autopass pada bila-bila masa atau
penggunaan mengikut penerbitannya di lelamannya atau sebarang premis yang sewajarnya sebagaimana yang mungkin
ditentukan oleh LTA. Penggunaan berterusan Kad Autopass oleh pemegang kad selepas tarikh penerbitan akan dianggap sebagai
penerimaan pemegang kad terhadap Syarat LTA yang dipinda.
13. NETS, Pemegang yang Diluluskan, bersama DBS Bank Ltd, OCBC Bank dan United Overseas Bank Ltd, Bank yang Diluluskan,
bersama-sama dan secara berasingan bertanggungjawab ke atas Nilai Tersimpan pada Kad Autopass. .Terma dan syarat yang
mengawal penggunaan ada disiarkan di lelaman www.nets.com.sg.
