Comparison of Customers Service Satisfaction: Customers Of Jollibee and McDonalds at Novaliches Bayan

Rationale: Filipino loves to eat. We spend money for foods rather than anything, and there are lots of restaurants or fast food chains offering their cuisine to satisfy our taste. Fast Food chains here in the Philippines could be found anywhere. The examples are how!ing, "ha!ey#s, $F, %ollibee, &ang 'nasal, (urger $ing, &c)onalds, and *reenwich etc. (ut to thin! of what the customers will li!ely to choose, it#s either the %ollibee or the &c)onalds, the well+!nown fast food and very competitive onse. &c)onalds was found year -, /pril  and originated in 0nited "tates while, %ollibee was founded year -12, %anuary 32 and starts here in the Philippines. The year  that this two fast food chains were established has 34 years gap yet, %ollibee stands for its name and continues competing to the worldwide fast food which is &c)onalds. This research were proposed to answer the 5uestions based on the observation of why customers continue to patroni6e %ollibee and &c)onalds, and how this two fast food chains give satisfaction to them.

 

Purpose of the "tudy: "ervice is one of the many factors to consider why businesses continue to succeed. 't is the wor! performed by one that contributes to the welfare of the clients or customers, and ob7ectives of this study is: a. &ethods to be used to answer the Research 8uestions: The information this study will focus from the customers of "usano %ollibee of 9ovaliches (ayan and the customers of &c)onalds of 9ovaliches (ayan. The researchers will gathers data by means of the primary techni5ues, a survey 5uestioners and it limits the respondents for ? persons from %ollibee ustomers and &c)onalds ustomers age of =+4? years old. The research will use the 9on+random "ampling Techni5ue which is the 8uota, where in the samples from the population will be ta!en from the researcher#s convenience. The statistical formula of the research is the Pearsman orrelation Formula. 't will further analy6e the data gathered and will show the comparison of the customers service satisfaction of %ollibee and &c)onalds. The other primary techni5ue what the researchers will use is observation that will help the researchers to have a deep explanation the data that will be gather.
