CIMETIDINE

- Increase in serum can result in ventricular

DIGITALIS GLYCOSIDES

METRONIDAZOLE, CEPHALOSPHORINE
- Inhibition of CYP2CA, CYP3A3/4, CYP3A5-7
DISULFIRAM

ERYTHROMYCIN

ESTROGENS

FURANOCOUMARINS

HMG-CoA REDUCTASE INHIBITORS

IRON

MAOIs

NSAIDS

ORAL ANTICOAGULANTS

PHENYTOIN

PIMOZIDE
