The purpose of this study is for the fulfilment of requirement for Master of Environmental (Science). The scope of this study is to determine domestic water use behaviour among Selangor residents before and after the implementation of the Selangor free water policy and their awareness towards water saving.

Section 2: Selangor Free Water Policy

Yes Do you know about Selangor free water policy? Do you aware that free water policy only benefits to those who lives in house that using individual meters? Do you know how much is the state government subsidizing for the 20m3 of water? Do you think this policy could lead to water wastage in domestic use? Do you think that the government should eliminate / modify the subsidy given? Do you think the state government should continue with this free water policy?
