The story in this piece focuses on a couple, Jacob and Rachel, who are attending a night of swing dancing. At several points, I gave detailed descriptions about various things such as pulling into a parking lot, describing what the couple was wearing, and a short sequence of steps to a dance. Throughout the beginning of the piece Jacob tries to work up the courage to take Rachel into "the circle" to show off their dance moves to everyone gathered there for the night. The most crucial part, however, happens after the night of dancing is over.
