General Guidelines for Online Admission Process

Candidate should read the instructions and the guidelines given on the portal carefully before filling each column of the application form. He/She should provide all the required details while filling up the online form. Mandatory fields are marked with * (asterisk) sign. Guidelines for Filling Online Admission Form. 1.  You can apply online yourself yourself from the link http://slcm.cgstate.gov.in/Online http://slcm.cgst ate.gov.in/OnlineApplication/Admission/ Application/Admission/SLCMAdmissionLogin SLCMAdmissionLogin.aspx .aspx 2. For filling up of online admission form, please bring your photo, 10th certificate and recent passing certificate in original. No Xerox copies would be accepted. 3. For Online Admission, please go through the prospectus in University/College Websites for details of departments and courses. 4. Please follow the manuals displayed in the above link for guidance regarding submission of form. 5. Check that the following items are with you before filling the Application by Yourself. a) Scanned copy of your recent Passport Size Photo (*.jpg,*. jpeg,*.gif,*.png (*.jpg,*. jpeg,*.gif,*.png with Max size of 50 kb), signature (*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.gif,*.png with Max size of 20 kb), 10 th Certificate (*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.gif,*.png (*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.gif,*.png with Max size of 100 kb),  b) Details of 10th, 12th/Diploma Mark Sheets and higher qualifications (if any). 6. If Candidate finds any difficulty to fill the forms online, they are advisable to take the help of CSC agent sitting in University/College Premises. 7. The CSC agents will be available from 10 am to 5 pm at University/College premises. 8. If you are applying through through CSC located at your University premise, please pay the exact amount(in change) plus CSC charges as given below: a. University fee- Rs <UTD/SOS fee>  b. One time registration fee- Rs 35 c. Per UTD application form fee- Rs 10 9. Do not forget to collect the fee receipt of registration and application. 10. For Printing Application form extra charge of Rs 5 would be applicable. Your application form  would be available in the registered registered e-mail id. 11.  You may check your application application status by logging logging with your email and password used used during registration and clicking on “My Application ” in the header. 12. Candidates who would be appearing for any upcoming examination can also apply for the Online  Admission form. Candidates need need to upload the recent recent passed certificates. 13. Candidate must select the appropriate University and Courses offered by SOS/College. 14.  As soon as Candidate register/submit register/submit any application application form in SLCM, SMS and Email will be sent to his/her registered email and registered mobile no. 15. Please take note of the details sent via SMS and Email for future reference. 16. Candidate can apply to multiple colleges and multiple courses once He/She is registered in SLCM.

17. Candidate cannot apply more than once in a particular course of the same SOS/College. 18. For any University related queries, please contact University staff. 19. The SOS/College will not be responsible for a ny consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form.

*Terms and Conditions for Pt.Ravishankar Shukla University SoS: 



Scenario 1 - The Candidate who has already collected the offline prospectus at Rs. 400 from the University  would visit the CSC office set up within the University for Online Form Submission. The CSC charges would  borne by the University. Scenario 2 – The Candidate can submit their form through the CSC centers situated across the state of Chhattisgarh and also through the office set up in the University premise. The charges are given below:

Scenario 3 – The candidate can themselves submit the online admission form. The candidate needs to pay Rs. 300 per School of Studies (University Charges) using the payment gateway of the Candidate Lifecycle Management System. The services taxes of payment gateway would also be applicable as per the following charges. For Payment Gateway Transactions: Particulars

* Payment instruction: For cases of Payment failure, such as payment fails but Bank account deducted, Candidates are advisable to contact Helpdesk, or they can wait for 2 days for the refund.

Terms and Conditions for Bilaspur UTD:





Scenario 1 - The student who has already collected the offline prospectus at Rs. 250 (SC/S T) and Rs. 350(Others) from the University can visit the CSC o ffice set up within the University for Online Form Submission. The CSC charges would be borne by the University. Also, University can send the candidate data through the University staff members in the template shared by CHiPS along with candidate folder comprisin photo, signature, 10th certificate and recent passing certificate. Scenario 2 – The student can submit their form through the CSC centers situated across the state of Chhattisgarh and also through the office set up in the University premise. The charges are given below: University Charges (INR)

The SC and ST candidate needs to pay Rs. 250 per University of Teaching Departments (University Charges), Rs.350 for Others and using the payment gateway of the Candidate Lifecycle Management System.
