How Teacher’s Achievers Golf Works
The rules couldn't be simpler, and the participants don't need to be golfers to take part. The 9 Yards implementation team will set up a 3-hole putting course in the boardrooms, corridors or atriums of the participating offices. The location would be pre-determined with your assistance. Each player plays all 3 holes, one after the other. Points are tabulated after all participants have finished playing all three holes. The Office champion is the one with the maximum number of points. If the players are still tied, the last hole is repeated until a winner is found.

The Rules
 Tournament is restricted to the Management cadre (Managers and above)  The course consists of 3 holes. Holes will vary in length and difficulty; hole 3 will be the most difficult.  Each participant plays all 3 holes.  A ball is deemed to be 'holed' when the ball enters the hole.  The players have to continue hitting the ball until they hole out. All strokes taken before holing out are included in the players' total. A maximum of 7 strokes will be given to each player.  If the ball goes out of play (i.e. out of the golf mat) the player has to place the ball at the beginning of the mat and the strokes will be added on.  The player will mark the number of strokes taken on his own scorecard.

The Rules
 On each hole, the player who holes out in the fewest number of strokes wins the hole.

 Each hole is scored individually, strokes do not accumulate over the game (see SCORING section ahead).
 The winner is the person with the highest points.  If the players are still tied, the last hole is repeated until a winner is found.

Scoring
 On each hole the player who holes out in the fewest number of strokes wins the hole.  If there is one outright winner, they earn 1 point per hole.  Any number of individuals with the same number of strokes each earn a half point.  The number of points for each individual is entered onto the official scorecard.  The winner is the player with the greatest number of points after all holes have been played.
