How to Submit a Ticket
1. 2. Log into the website as detailed in the “How to create an account” help file. Select Help>Submit a Ticket from the menu Bar (Figure 1)

3. In the next page type in a subject title (Figure 2)

4. Write the issue you are having. Try and be as descriptive as possible as it will help the Administrators resolve your issue as quickly as possible. (figure 3) 5. Set the priority of the ticket. If the item is required quickly then make it a high priority. However, please do not make everything a high priority thinking it will get your issue resolved quicker. 6. If you want you can add an attachment. The file must be zipped up before it can be sent using Winzip or some other compression software 7. Finally, Validate the form by entering the text in the image into the validation field 8. Click on the submit button

9. Once the ticket has been submitted, you will see it in the “My Tickets” Tabl on the page you are on (Figure 4)

10. You can open and edit this ticket at any time. You can also see all responses to the ticket as well. Once the issue has been resolve, you can also close the ticket 11. If a ticket is left with no action from you within 4 months it will close itself.
