 Validating / evaluating the candidate based on the requirement available and
Understanding requirements of the Clients and Short-listing matching Skill –Sets through

Joining Formalities:
 Welcoming the new employees to the Organization and introducing them to its various
departments.
 Responsible for the completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and
verification of certificates, taking identity and address proofs, ID cards, Business cards,
ensure in filling up Bank details etc.
 Explaining polices, Background, rules and practices of the company.
 Ensuring that the new recruits appropriately complete the joining formalities.
 Checking documents as per checklist for personal file records.

Employee Database Management:
 Maintaining Internal and External Employee Database includes.
 Adding, Deleting and updating employee's information into the system.
 Updating and Maintaining the Master List.
 Filing the Personnel Documents as on time.

HR Administration:
 Administer every Employee‘s Personal files and maintain record in Internal Tools.
 Serving as a support for HR Record Audit and Process Internally.
 Handling Medi-claim queries of employees and coordinate with the insurance company
to resolve claims.
 Handling PF related queries.

Exit Formalities:
 Generating Relieving, Experience Letters.
 Maintaining and Updating database of Exit employees as well.
 Involved in Conducting Exit Interviews.
 Handing over the Experience and relieving letters to the employee after completing all
the exit formalities.
 Updating the Employee Records accordingly.
 Performed the analysis on Exit Survey feedbacks database and provided the report.
