Guidelines to Fill Up the PMP® Application
Here are a few guidelines that will help you fill up your application: ●
Become a PMI member befo before re submitting the PMP® application;
●
Enter the name and contact details carefully;
●
In the “project experience” field, enter just enough information to meet the eligibility criteria;
●
State the work done in brief – focus specifically on the work that YOU have done;
●
“P rimary Contacts” mentioned in your application before submitting the application and make Contact all the “Primary sure they will be prepare prepared d to validate the experience if required during the audit;
●
If you are not sure, ask an existing PMP® professional to review before before submitting.
If your application does get picked for audit: ●
Follow instructions received on email, collect evidence, and submit.

About the PMP® Exam The following are the exam details: ● ●
Total durationof ofquestions: the exam is200. 4 hours. Total number Out of tthese, hese, 25 questions are considered pre-test questions used for future tests. Only 175 questions are scored.
●
All questions are “multiple choice questions”, with only one correct answer answer..
●
You get 1 point for every right question. There is no penalty for wrong answers.
●
PMI grades students on each of the five process groups and assigns a grading of “Below Proficient”, “Proficient” “Proficient” and “Moderately Proficient” in each of the five process groups.
●
The result (pass or fail) is determined by a combination of these grades. How many grades or number of points one has to score to pass the PMP® exam is not made public by PMI.
