Thursday, January 21 Friday, January 22 Dear Students:

Thanks for a great start to the second semester! Everyone appears to be in the swing of things and getting involved. Keep up the energy and enthusiasm! As you know, middle school life is packed with fun, meaningful experiences – both inside the classroom and outside the classroom. Please make sure to listen actively to daily announcements and read the Student Bulletin every week so that you don’t miss out on any important deadlines or activities. From January 25 - 29 we will be celebrating Readers’ Week. A number of activities have been planned and we encourage all of you to get involved. Each day you will be given some time to read quietly in class so make sure you have a book on hand. If you don’t have a book on hand or are looking for something new to read, visit the MSMC to get some ideas. Reading opens up doors and is a fantastic way to learn about people, relationships and the world. We look forward to an exciting semester ahead! Ms. Fredericks and Ms. Sayson
