TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Individuals desirous of taking application forms for registration of
their membership are requested to notet he fallowing important terms and
conditions in respect of registration ,admission and withdrawal.

(1) Admission in ELITE RECREATIONS & RESORTS Pvt.Ltd is exclusive . The
detaiils of Membership categories and membership requirements are
listed in the enclosed membership requirement .
(2) Individuals shall first register their application for membership .
Application forms are available at our above mentioned office on
payment of RS.25/-. The duly filled in application forms ,along with the
Membership fees by way of Cross Cheque /Demand Draft, shall be
submitted in our office. If an applicant is not selected then the
membership will be refunded. Selection process will normally by
completed with in two months from the date of submission of
applications.
(3) The applicants who are registered as above would be called for an
interview and only those who are selected in the interview would be
admitted. Registration does not guarantee membership.
(4) The facilities at ELITE RECREATIONS & RESORTS Pvt.Ltd can be availed
only by the immediate family membership of the applicant i.e
,Husband,wife and Minor children.
(5) The management committee reserves the right to accept or reject any
application for membership without assigning any reason. The ELITE
RECREATIONS & RESORTS Pvt.Ltd reserves the absolute right at its
discretion to withdraw the membership of any individual or company
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
(6) The ELITE RECREATIONS & RESORTS Pvt.Ltd reserves the right to
restructure , and to enhance the various types of fees payable as
deemed fit and necessary from time to time.
(7) All members are governed by the rules and regulations as per the Bye
Laws of the ELITE RECREATIONS & RESORTS Pvt.Ltd .
(8) The ELITE RECREATIONS & RESORTS Pvt.Ltd also reserves the right to
change the activities depending upon the Members’s and childern’s
aptitudes and operational constraints. The facilities are open to all the
members.Members are requested to plan their evening at the ELITE
RECREATIONS AND RESORTS Pvt.Ltd with PriorIntimation.
(9) Monthly fees as detailed in the enclosed fee structure are paylable
before the 10th of succeeding month
