Even at 70 Mr. President I would travel with permission and transportation from MACDILL AFB to Haiti as a Professional to get digging latrines and using SOLAR STILL Techniques to get water from ground bare holes like we were taught in Military Survival Courses plus BOY SCOUT CLASSES FOR CAMPING MERIT BADGES. Extra BODY BAGS perhaps 100,000 will be needed very soon plus small trash can liner plastic clear can be used to get water from green leaves in an unlimited amount considering an acre of corn gives off some 4,000 gallons of water into the air as evaporation DAILY.
