Ladies and Gentlemen: Sadly this message needs to be given to former Presidents Clinton and Bush as the Miami Herald indicated an attempt to clear one open land area and drill a WELL found only SALT WATER. To me as a contractor that is PERFECT provided the SOLAR STILL, LESSON PLAN 9 AND EVEN WATERCONE IS PROVIDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS IN CREOLE AND FRENCH TO NOT ONLY THE CIVILIANS BUT MILITARY OF HAITI ! Here is what we posted:
The Miami Herald article indicated how seriously important it is to have people understand SOLAR STILL or even Watercone recovery in sunlight which is unlimited. The fact 25 feet deep the drillers got ONLY salt water is not a problem since the use of SOLAR STILL techniques would harvest gallons of potable water without a salt taste using clear plastic garbage bags stretched over clear glass or plastic containers following instructions. Maybe former Presidents Bush and Clinton will have someone give them a CLUE on my site or visithttp://www.watercone.com/product.html realizing EVERY U.S. Military Pilot is taught survival techniques and my site http://www.scribd.com/ralphwhitleysr has multiple SOLAR STILL and LESSON PLAN 9 'HOW TO MANUALS' and it is only necessary to TRANSLATE THE INSTRUCTIONS IN CREOLE OR FRENCH then give the basic information to KIDS who will dig round holes in the ground near any type of water 4 foot round and 3 feet deep with a collector placed center in the hole then cover carefully using a rock on the clear plastic while others put dirt or sand around the plastic which is slowly pulled to allow the rock to be JUST ABOVE the collector. Staying in SUNLIGHT is a must and fresh drinking water will show up in the evening. CARE must be given to mark the area or someone will fall into the hole ! Check it out. WATER CONE is the quick fix guaranteed way to have each person making drinking water out of sea water instantly. How many could line a roof or patio giving fresh drinking water. Use SEAWATER for washing people and clothes then FRESH WATER is made with WATERCONE which can arrive in HOURS ! How many clear plastic bags can be put over green leaf areas on trees or over stalks of corn in sunlight then POTABLE WATER HARVESTED ? For those of you reading this who were in the U.S. Military, Boy or Girl Scouts….you know how to get fresh drinking water from even Plants let alone a hole in the ground. Now add unlimited SALT WATER availability and roofs packed with WATERCONE or SOLAR STILLS then tell me what amount of fresh POTABLE water is possible. For those in the Plumbing or Water industries, remember that the famous CHLORINE BURN with free chlorine of .2 MG PER LITER may be necessary for all water lines destroyed by earthquake. The professionals with hired Haitian workers can be trained using FLICKS with dubbed Creole and French in all Construction trades but to me, the first thing is finding out what CODES will be acceptable to the Government of Haiti then BILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, HIGH STRENGTH CEMENT, PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, TENTS, CB RADIO’S WITH PA SYSTEMS AND MAGNETIC MOUNT ANTENNA USING CIGARETTE LIGHTER PLUGS, ALLIGATOR CLIPS FOR ATTACHING 12 VOLT BATTERIES OR LANTERN BATTERIES PLUS SOLAR GENERATORS, FLIP TOP COOKED FOODS, WATER, MILK, VEGGIES, FRUIT UNLIMITED SUPPLIES CAN BE OBTAINED FOR ‘RETAIL TAX FREE DONATIONS’ . Waterproof Tents, building supplies and equipment plus nails and special roofing materials can be donated but WHO WILL TRANSPORT THEM TO HAITI ? Barges with 55 gallon barrels with sealable covers must be stacked in Port Au Prince for latrine use and barges with pumps to wash out contents of latrines at SEA must be available immediately before disease takes over all water underground and floods the fertile fields of Haiti !
