No free or discounted SMS will be available
who subscribe to or have subscribed to SMS
promos / SMS packs etc on following
occasions.
·         New Year- 1st Jan (Wednesday)
·         Valentines day – 14th Feb (Friday)
·         Friendship day – 3rd August (Sunday)
·         Diwali-23rd Oct (Thursday)
·         New Year Eve-31st Dec (Wednesday)
NOTE
Enrolled Tariff Plan rates
applicable for SMS
1. As per govt. regulations, for connections without any usage (voice/video calls, Outgoing SMS, internet usage
,VAS purchases with balance) for 90 days, following actions are liable to be performed by VIL:
i) For subscribers with less than Rs. 20 balance, all services will be deactivated pending payment of Reactivation Fee
for a period of 15 days. Number will be disconnected on non-payment of said Fee within this period.
ii) For subscribers with more than Rs. 20 balance, Automatic Number Retention Scheme will be put into effect - Rs.
20 will be deducted and services will continue for 30 days. If there is no usage till the end of this period, i) or ii) may
come into effect, depending on balance
2. Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid
disconnection.
3. Dear Customer as per Govt. regulations, effective 20th Nov, any SMS usage beyond 100 SMSs per day will be
charged at applicable base rate.
