After I released this Comment in response to Schauminator from my iPad (I was still in bed), I
decided to get up, revise it a bit, and place it here at the very top of this post, as well:
I sat on this article, which came to me as a Comment very early on the morning of July 3rd, a
long time before deciding to publish it so prominently. The readers at my blog are definitely not
sheeple; they think for themselves. I think their/your verdict is in, don’t you?
This post comes from the same group working on the Common Law Jury in New York State, and
as most of my readers know, I have been giving all out support to Eric Williams and his ideas,
which stand in opposition to those of their leader, John Darash.
Perhaps now everyone will begin to focus more seriously on Eric’s words as he tries to prevent
people from likely imprisonment at the hands of John Darash, who refuses – absolutely refuses
– to address the very simple point Eric has been trying to make.
Please, please read his most recent article, Eric Williams addresses one of the Missouri Grand Jury
members who was sent to prison in 1999 for activities similar to those of the New York
Grand Jury. Please Read it very carefully!
I believe Eric holds the knowledge and wisdom that can and will bring success to the movement
working toward the use of the Common Law Jury! Hopefully, everyone soon will be
able to come together on the same page regarding this issue. I believe it’s resolution holds the
answer to a future, peaceful transition into a new paradigm.

For JULY 4, 2014
ON June 19, 2014 the organic American states of the Union — known as The United States of
America exercising plenary civil power upon the land — issued Orders to all Members of the
domestic Police Forces, US Marshals Service, the Provost Marshal, members of the American Bar
Association, and the American Armed Services; and Appointed General Carter F. Ham to lead and
command The Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) and its successors under the guidance of the
Joint Chiefs of Staff and with their full support.
The Orders stIpulated that should it become necessary to suppress commercial mercenary forces
operating under the guise of being federal government agencies — including but not limited to the
Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Administration, the
Internal Revenue Service, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, etc. — General Ham shall
assume immediate command and control of all armed forces and services owed to The United
States of America stationed in North America and shall join them under his Command as The
Grand Army of the Republic. And that all forces of air, land, and sea are to be employed.
Any cost or loss suffered as a result of deployment of The Grand Army of the Republic shall be
charged as previously stipulated.
All effort shall be made by The Grand Army of the Republic to spare life and property while
undertaking any action whatsoever within the states of the Union without exception.

for the purposes of securing the lives and property of the American States and American State
Citizens. The GAR is not a foreign army and is composed primarily of American State Citizens.
If they are required to take field positions, the local commanders are ordered to make every effort
to communicate the basis of their authority and the reasons for their presence on American State
soil to ensure a prompt cessation of hostilities and a widespread understanding of the
usurpations and acts of fraud which have led to any conflict.
All parties must be brought to understand the nature of the federal government, the limitations of
its authority, and their own obligation to act in favor of the organic states of the Union.
The Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) shall continue to operate under General Orders 100
known as the Lieber Code, extant from the pen of the last Republic President, Abraham Lincoln.
No orders, Executive or otherwise, issued by Barack H. Obama pretending authority on the land
of the American States while operating as “President” of the UNITED STATES Corporation nor as
the “President” of the United States of America, are owed any performance by the Joint Chiefs of
Staff, General Ham, or any Ordinary.
All plainly stated grants of contractual authority evident in The Constitution for the united States
of America remain in place, subject to good faith performance of the accompanying obligations
and treaties.
Mr. Obama is the “President” of a governmental services corporation under contract to provide
stipulated services to the organic states and is on their payroll. He otherwise acts as a foreign
dignitary representing the United States of America, Inc. In neither of these capacities is he
allowed any granted authority to impose upon American State Citizens, endanger American State
property, or command mercenary forces on American State soil — however veiled as federal
civilian service agencies.
The Orders require the Joint Chiefs of Staff and General Ham to commence measures to disarm
federal civilian agency personnel and to seize control of the vast stockpiles of arms which have
been improperly amassed by “the Department of Homeland Security”, FEMA, and other agencies
employed by the UNITED STATES.
The only federal agency allowed free egress on the land of the American States is the U.S.
Marshals Service, and then only when their personnel are engaged in their duty to protect the U.S.

Mail and sworn to act as constitutional officers. All other federal agency personnel are limited to
unarmed service until further notice.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff are directed to communicate these General Civil Orders directly to Mr.
Obama, the members of the “US Congress”, the administrators of all “federal” agencies, the
members of the “Supreme Court” and those acting as “Governors” to compel their rapid
understanding and cooperation.
Any expense or damage incurred by these organic states or any American State Citizen as a result
of actions undertaken by any federal agency personnel acting as armed mercenaries on American
State soil will be understood as the result of violent crimes committed against the peaceful
inhabitants of the land and will incur immediate judgment liquidating the assets of the
International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Federal Reserve (FEDERAL RESERVE) in payment of
the stipulated reparations. Such crimes shall also be considered contract default increasing the
public debt subject to bounty.
Any and all corporate officers of the UNITED STATES or any successor organization(s) inheriting
“federal” service contracts who support, condone, or promote such crimes against the American
States or against American State Citizens shall be subject to arrest and prosecution for
commercial and violent crimes.
All foreign officials operating as elected or appointed officials of the United States of America
(minor) who support, condone, or promote such crimes against the American States or against
American State Citizens shall be subject to arrest, confiscation of their assets, and deportation to
Puerto Rico, Guam, or such other “states” as may be willing to receive them.
Such “foreign officials” include members of the American and British Bar Associations who were
licensed to act as privateers against the interests of the American States and the American State
Citizens from 1845 to 2013 in flagrant Breach of Trust. All such licenses are now extinguished.
Members of the Bar Associations are required to cease and desist assaults against the American
States and American State Citizens and shall be subject to arrest, confiscation, and deportation
otherwise.
Insomuch as corporate officers operating the United States of America, Incorporated, and the
UNITED STATES have contrived under conditions of fraud and semantic deceit to re-venue the
estates of the American States and living American State Citizens to the foreign jurisdiction of the
United States of America (minor) they are found guilty of capital crimes, including acts of fraud
and treason committed between 1933 and 1945, and are condemned posthumously.

Insomuch as elected officials operating the United States of America (minor) have similarly
committed war crimes against the American States and their peaceful inhabitants during the
same time period, they stand condemned posthumously.
No enforcement upon any American State or American State Citizen is owed as a result of any
“Act” of any “Congress” operating as the sovereign government of the United States of America
(minor) nor as the Board of Directors or Board of Trustees of any incorporated entity whatsoever.
All those (E)states and ESTATES erroneously believed to represent the American States and
American State Citizens and which were conveyed by fraud and legal deceit to the United States of
America (minor) and more recently to the City-State of the United Nations, are re-venued without
exception to the geographically defined American States and the American State Citizens where
they shall remain in perpetuity as assets belonging to the rightful and lawful beneficiaries.
All legal fiction entities however structured and named after the American States and American
State Citizens are returned to them and their control, free and clear of any debt, promise,
encumbrance or obligation alleged against them as a result of false claims made “in their behalf”
by officers of the United States of America, Inc. and the UNITED STATES, INC. or by any foreign
officials operating the United States of America (minor), or the United Nations City State falsely
claiming to “represent” them or have jurisdiction over them.
The current circumstance is in part the result of criminal acts engaged in 150 years ago, which
resulted in the commercial enslavement of African Americans who were summarily claimed as
chattels backing “US government” debt in the wake of the Civil War. Despite every act of abolition
and declaration of prohibition against both peonage and slavery, it has been the policy of the “US
government” to enslave its citizens and to operate as a rogue state among the nations of the world.
Instead of freeing African Americans the sum total result of the Civil War was to vastly expand
public sector ownership of slaves, giving rise to the outrageous and improper claims that have
been made against the American States and the American State Citizens that we are dealing with
today.
It is uniquely fitting that The Grand Army of the Republic is recalled to settle this circumstance in
favor of the people.

I listened to youtube where this chap uploaded your story then read all the comments, which were variied. This was a good
video. Then I decided I would see if I could find more about Gen Ham.
This link could provide reason (upon many more reasons) why General Ham might do what your post suggests. I do hope so.

that the Cabal are prepared for the changes , the likes of Henry Kissinger is close to Putin/Xi and other Bric members and
they have a plan B and a plan C.
The more issues I read of like this only convince that there is only one answer for the failed human experiment – that is a
Sophia/Gaia press of the reset button.
Perhaps a drastic solution, but it would sort out all the issues in one go, and if you believe life (the soul) is immortal – then
really what is the problem?

thing was bogus. This person(s) has no more authority than I do. These kinds of stunts just destroy the credibility of those
who really are trying to effect change. I’m skeptical and jaded after years of reading article after article promising financial
resets, NESARA, an ‘event’, etc. and not one of those things has come to pass, I am deeply disappointed, I wanted them to,
but they didn’t. Who is really ‘deceiving’ who? Lies and misinformation do us all a disservice–no matter which side they come

Well, I have to say this response upsets me! Why does where someone lives make a difference in their abilities or
knowledge? I find this hard to believe! We know we have all been sold the idea by the cabal that these sorts of
superficial things matter, but I invite those on my blog to consider that they don’t matter one single bit. Look at all
the wealthy politicians who have stolen from us . . . they all live in nice homes, and so are these the sorts of people
you will automatically believe?
Do you get my point here?
How do you know the cabal hasn’t gone after this man on purpose and reduced him to this sort of living . . . just to
fool you? Does the place where we live have something to do with how smart we are?

Americans are probably the most well armed people on the planet. The only reason why the US, or more specifically, the
Federal Government hasn’t already taken stronger measures to compel the citizens in a more ruthless and violent manner is
because, they know full well, many veterans and of course others, will take out those weapons and fight back. On the other
hand, I see that as being a prime reason for those individuals on the far left wanting to back weapon limitations to all of the
people. Even going so far as to try to outlaw weapon ownership altogether in stark contradiction to what the Constitution
says we are entitled to. If it happens, and the people who advocate the outlawing of private weapon ownership are successful
in their push, you would see how swift the Draconian laws and absolute tyranny would come about in the US.
I don’t advocate war. It is a terrible and mentally disabling to those who witness it first hand. The closest analogy I might
offer is “Manic Depression.” Those who are involved in a war go through very rapid mood swings that can shift from extreme
highs to utterly extreme lows. When a war is ongoing or has stopped, those participants suffer mental scars that never go

away. Nothing is available to anyone who suffers these memory scars to stop the images that swirl through ones head or stops
the pain that accompanies those images. However, the governments in the US have switched from being of help to the citizen
to hampering and penalizing them and at times through the muzzle of a gun or the threat of heavy fines or prison, and force
us to comply with laws that were not on the books fifty years ago, and it gets worse by the day. We are very close to a
Dictatorship, or an Oligarchy at the least right now.
The Congress appears to be powerless to stop this current Administration that is breaking one law after another. I’m not a
lawyer, but much of what I read about or hear, borders on outright treason. It has to stop. I don’t have the answer but I would
advocate firing on anyone who would try to arrest me or force me into complying with some dictate I happen I know is illegal
and my arrest would complicate my life beyond what I could cope with. Resisting arrest and or joining forces to stop these
people would be something I feel as a veteran and as a law abiding citizen all of my would motivate me to do. I’m no hero, but
I would rather die free than to be enslaved by people who seemingly hate America and all that it stands for.

After I released this Comment in response to Schauminator from my iPad (I was still in bed), I decided to get up,
revise it a bit, and place it here at the very top of this post, as well:
I sat on this article, which came to me as a Comment very early on the morning of July 3rd, a long time before
deciding to publish it so prominently. The readers at my blog are definitely not sheeple; they think for themselves.
I think their/your verdict is in, don’t you?
This post comes from the same group working on the Common Law Jury in New York State, and as most of my
readers know, I have been giving all out support to Eric Williams and his ideas, which stand in opposition to those
of their leader, John Darash.
Perhaps now everyone will begin to focus more seriously on Eric’s words as he tries to prevent people from likely
imprisonment at the hands of John Darash, who refuses – absolutely refuses – to address the very simple point
Eric has been trying to make.
Please, please read his most recent article, Eric Williams addresses one of the Missouri Grand Jury members who
was sent to prison in 1999 for activities similar to those of the New York Grand Jury. Please Read it very carefully!
I believe Eric holds the knowledge and wisdom that can and will bring success to the movement working toward
the use of the Common Law Jury! Hopefully, everyone soon will be able to come together on the same page
regarding this issue. I believe it’s resolution holds the answer to a future, peaceful transition into a new paradigm.

channels. It would be great if it were true. We the ppl should have taken back our rights. The president and the government

To all those trying to organize common law grand juries.
The letter/order you sent to the joint chiefs of staff cannot/will not and is forbidden to be discharged unless those who are
doing the ordering are on the public record and in the data base of the Department of State declared status as: ‘Union state
Citizens’.
The ONLY way to RESERVE ALL ENUMERATED Rights under the Bill of Rights and invoke such powers of an ELECTOR,
one must show evidence they are declared on the record as, Union state Citizens and ALL (every single last adhesion
contract) must be rescinded/revoked and federal utility mail box service MUST be removed, contract for post office box
through post master, make sure you ask for a certified copy of that passport application for your records, then make it ‘public’
by posting in a legal notice for 30 days.
THIS IS HUGE information I am relaying here and it has to be done appropriately through the passport application process
in such a way that all ‘presumptions/assumptions’ by the State are rebutted and sworn in Affidavit and supported by ‘their
own laws/codes’.
If you are a declared ‘United States citizen’ under the 14th Amendment you are presumed ‘subject’ to the Municipality of the
District of Columbia, a federal zone corporation as per the 1871 Organic Act of District of Columbia. As a U.S.citizen you are
defined in their codes as, ‘corporate person’ you are NOT ‘real/natural’ you are a ‘dead’ fiction.
This organization of grand juries would be considered an ‘act of war’ against the ‘United States’. Be careful. This is how so
many over the years have ended up in prison. The prosecution need only produce evidence of U.S.citizenship to the judge and
you are toast.
I trust this will help you all and lead you down the road that is ‘closer’ to where you know you need to be. Discernment is
always required. Study this very very carefully, read and familiarize yourselves with the Constitution/state Constitution, and
ask a lot of questions.
It really is quite an ‘initiation’ once you ‘get it’. Then you realize that the police state is only doing what the 14th Amendment
people ‘consented to’. It is ‘literal’ and seems very bizarre but folks all you have to do is sit in on the hundreds of county
district court hearings to see you will NEVER get what you know to be ‘moral justice’ in their corporate administration
kourts! You are considered limited liability/not responsible, and therefore a ‘ward’ of the State. You are ‘processed’ and are
intrinsically ‘guilty’ by consenting to waive all your Rights for privileges as a declared U.S. Citizen.
That is a ‘sin’ and a ‘shame’ but it was a choice!
We will get it all right eventually but in the meanwhile have to learn that big lesson you never ever give away your G-d given
Rights EVER AGAIN!

Much truth but laced with gross misinformation, this is what I characterize as being Rat Poison!
It is true that the Fourteenth Amendment does subvert a United States citizen to virtual slavery however there is
absolutely NOTHING in the 14th that declared anyone to be a citizen of the United States. Pay attention to the words
between the two commas, “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, ”
The word “and” at the beginning indicates that in addition to being born in the United States, a person must
voluntarily initiate some action that would cause him to become subject to the jurisdiction thereof; a citizen.
Pay attention to the 13th Amendment, it prohibits involuntary servitude, citizenship is clearly a condition of political
servitude, therefore the 13th would not only prohibit citizenship by birth, the 13th also prohibits any level of
government from declaring anyone to be subservient to it. Again, there is nothing in the 14th that declares anyone to
be a U.S. citizen.
I was a Richard McDonald State Citizen Center Leader in California for two years in the 1990s. McDonald has a lot of
good information but he still has his head in the clouds!
There is absolutely no need for anyone to file any manner of document in an attempt to undo U.S. citizenship. In all
of my studies I have not been able to uncover any legal or lawful authority that declares or causes any person born
here to be a citizen. Everyone seems to confuse contractual subservience with citizenship. They both have a similar
effect on the individual but they are not siamese twins. They are totally separate and entered into through different
means. And both are very easily divested without filing any manner of papers. The filing of the papers suggested in
this comment serves to prove the filer volunteered into citizenship. Once a person legally establishes citizenship there
is no way it can be renounced other than by leaving the United States. But please understand what constitutes legal
establishment.
As I have explained here on Jean’s Blog many times, contractual subservience is entered into when the sixteen year
old person presents a birth certificate to the state office thinking that the applicant is applying for a driver license.
The state is not positioned, legally, to issue a driver license until after the person has voluntarily entered into a
subservient contractual relationship to the state.
When a person is born a birth certificate is created by others, NOT created by the baby. The name is made up by
others, NOT by the baby; the birth certificate is filed with the state by others, NOT by the baby. Do you get it? The
baby did not have anything to do with the creation of the name or the birth certificate or with filing the birth
certificate with the state – therefore – is it not clear that the baby cannot possibly have any ownership interest in the
name or the birth certificate? Does it take a rocket scientist to get this simple fact – the name on the birth certificate
cannot possibly be property owned by the sixteen year old driver license applicant.
The parents who made up the name could have claimed an ownership interest but they did not, therefore, the state
becomes the owner of the name under the states abandoned property statute.

Therefore, the state owns the name on the birth certificate the driver license applicant is presenting to be issued a
driver license. What is missing here is the understanding of the sixteen year old that the state has no position of
authority over the sixteen year old until the sixteen year old “asks” the state to allow the sixteen year old to enter into
a subservient relationship to the state by granting the sixteen year olds request to be issued a franchise license to use
the state owned name as the applicant’s “True Legal Name”.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the issuance of the Driver License! The state cannot require the person to
apply for or be issued or have a driver license in his possession while driving his own automobile until AFTER the
person has “voluntarily” gone through the “True Legal Name” ceremony. It is even better than that – the state cannot
issue a driver license prior to the TLN ceremony, because the state does not have legal standing to do so!
The foregoing does NOT establish citizenship!!! It establishes a subservient contractual relationship which is even
more binding than citizenship because under that “True Legal Name” contract the person is obligated to obey what
ever rule the state might impose upon the franchisee’s use of that state owned name. This means that when such a
licensed person is issued a traffic citation the person has absolutely ZERO Constitutional rights. That is, NO RIGHT
TO SPEAK unless allowed by the court! NO right to refuse to testify where the answer might be incriminating! No
rights of any manner at all!
In regard to acquiring U.S. citizenship. A person born here can become a citizen merely by claiming it. Until such
citizenship is claimed, the IRS cannot require a person to file or pay income tax. I beat the IRS in Federal Court in
less than five minutes in 1970 because the court nor IRS could establish that I had volunteered myself to be a U.S.
citizen.
There is no need to file any manner of papers with any government entity in order to get the government out of your
life. All that you need to do is simply challenge the government to prove you willingly, knowingly and intentionally,
having been fully informed of all the negative consequences thereof prior thereto, voluntarily agreed to submit
yourself to the authority of the government of whatever state or Federal entity has brought charges against you.
There are a few fairly important procedural points, such as not referring to yourself as a defendant; not claiming the
name you use was derived from a birth certificate; not stating your name for the record when asked at the beginning
of the court proceeding; not agreeing that you are “appearing” in the court. And challenging the prosecutor to present
his proof that the state has jurisdiction over you. You do NOT deny being a citizen, neither do you admit it! You don’t
give them ANYTHING! You put the burden of proof on them under THEIR 13th Amendment – KEEP IT THERE!! If
you make a claim then you must prove it so you do NOT claim anything. If they ask you anything, you simply remind
them that they have the burden of proof and they must present it out of their existing files, NOT out of your mouth!!

I am a County coordinator for the common law grand jury in AZ and no where in the grand jury movement is anything like

I read one paper that talks about Scalia and grand jurys. He says that it is not in the Constitution, but is in the
Bill of Rights. I can’t remember if we consider the Bill of Rights as part of the constitution proper. So far this
common law jury idea seems like smoke to me.

elements in our congress both the senate and house of representatives take place for violation of numerous laws and
racketeering and many other egregious and heinous acts against humanity? Furthermore the financial conspiracy
that exists with the governmental agencies congress the NSA and CIA are soon to be revealed to the people. This will
pave the way for the removal of these common criminals who have been involved in destroying our country from
within.
When and how this will take place is still open to conjecture and remains to be seen. This document proves that the
grand jury that submitted this to the pentagon is supporting the positive and lawful arrests of criminals by the
Marshalls and Sherifs to be supported by other local legally empowered law enforcement agencies and the GAR as it
is termed here. These criminals are criminals and should be arrested regardless of how many of them there are and
how “powerful or influential” they have become or what office of of governance they have snaked their way into
office.
For those who are less aware of what is going right now I will say it is true at this point in time this these common law
grand juries will not be recognized by the powers that were however these efforts are the common citizens way of
being heard. At this point in time this document has no teeth to be “Enforced”. However I am sure there are
Pentagon patriots who will applaud the awareness that this document represents. This will allow them to understand
that there are people who want them to move forward with arrests of the criminals responsible for creating and
maintaining these un constitutional authorities such as FEMA, Homeland and many other more disastrous and
unknown agencies using their agendas that are attempting to consolidate their power.
This document is an attempt to reveal and to end the agencies that are empowered by a criminal conspiracy of in
many cases fraudulently elected “politicians” that are nothing more than oligarchs attempting to enrich themselves
and to gain absolute power of the populous. This is being implemented through a series of un lawful acts and codes,
presidential orders and un constitutional laws that are being instigated by agents who utilize public opinion and
media control to push through Nazi and Fascist agendas after false flag acts of destruction.
The level of this conspiracy is beyond the comprehension of most people. When the dust settles after the arrest of
these criminals the true trials and revelations of this elitist group will shock the world and help us to overcome these
systems of control and end this type of misuse of the publics trust forever. At this point in time the above mentioned

Fema camps that have the capabilities or cremating large numbers of the population will be resisted against very
quickly if they dare to implement a “Round up of Dissidents” Homeland Security or any other agencies which intends
to restrict the rights and movements of the people for forced “Vaccination” OR MICROCHIP IMPLANTS OF THE
POPULOUS through a fear campaign of a false flag “VIRUS Epidemic” will find that these illegal acts will be resisted
against vigorously by the majority of the population.
I pray that any of these paper plans and wet dreams of sociopathic criminals that now are in the majority of congress

In all fairness, Kevin Annett hasn’t accomplished more than a lot of talk. No one’s gone to prison because of what KA has

Bank, regardless of what she’s saying, and the same goes for Neil Keenan, another lawyer who took an oath of allegiance to
the Crown Corporation through the BAR.
If these people are really all about what they say, then where are their results? The lawyers certainly understand the birth
certificate debacle that enslaves every man, woman, and child on the planet don’t they? If they don’t, then they’re partially
unconscious it would seem to me, and if they do, well you get the gist of where I’m going.
My point is that ‘waking up’ starts with us, not ‘hoping’ someone floats an important document out there, freeing all
humanity. If you don’t understand why you continue to live beneath/within the slavery system, license, registration,
insurance, credit cards etc, etc., then you’ll be doomed to continue within the matrix.
The entire concept of ‘freedom’ is an individual perception. A goldfish’s entire universe is inside his bowl, a cat’s is her house,
a cow its pasture, and my point is that all animals desire freedom to roam without restraint, it’s their instinct to push through
‘restraint’, they need leashes, fences, barns. We on the other hand keep ourselves and one another in line through the NAME
game. The system will definitively fall on its face tomorrow if we all stopped playing/paying it our attention and labor.
Real change will occur from the inside out just as a chicken from an egg, or a wave from the ocean. We are the engine of our

I agree with the fact that the independence for which everyone seeks is up to the individuals participation. However,
this is a team effort guys that is going to take the cooperation of everyone. There is no single individual that is going
to change the world and to presume there is would be lying to ourselves.
I get what you are saying here Graham as everyone needs to contribute but we simply can’t condemn the efforts of
Neil or anyone else simply because we have not seen the desired results yet. Remember that it has been a short time
since we started awakening compared to the amount of time we were all asleep!
Maybe no matter what individuals do the bottom line will be a bloody revolution. No one knows for sure so all we can
do is keep trying to awaken the masses. That is the job we all agreed to do in the beginning so please don’t lose heart.
I too have come close to throwing in the towel as living in Oregon with radiation on one side oil pollution on one and
Yellowstone Park on the other at times it seems useless!
What are the alternatives? Right, same conclusion I come up with every time…..there are none. People can run, hide
or stand and fight this the best they can. I keep contacting my representatives, spreading the word on the streets and
rallying folks on the internet. Could I do more? Yes I could but I have a business that has already suffered and if I
don’t make ends meet than I do no good for anyone. I have to collect myself, calm down, and realize this kind of
world wide change will take time!
Not everyone is who they seem to be sure! However Jean has never steered us the wrong direction and if after what
Neil did in leaving her site did not effect her belief in the guy then I will trust her word on his loyalty to the
awakening people. Your a good man Graham and like all of us at one point or another this awakening thing seems
pointless and non-productive. Trust me my friend it isn’t! Just as long as there are people like you, me Jean and so
many other good folks here the tide of stupidity through indifference will change!

Each of us personally can help to level this playing field. Starting with the Birth Certificate name the Crown
copyrighted the “name” as their’s when we were born only changing it to all caps and did not tell us that the
name is not ours. So this is why they want your signature on virtually everything and why when we answer to

Common Law is the only law the guiding principle that the people must “abide” by if we want peace and
harmony. It is the only true law and their is no such thing as law of the LAND! The land does not need laws.
The Common Law states: You are not to willfully harm another, their property or their liberty. The
Constitution for every country is based on this divine, natural principle and was written by the people, for
OUR GOVERNMENTS TO ABIDE BY with an added protection that if they did not ABIDE BY THE Common
Law it was the lawful right of the people to remove them from office. I cringe when I hear so many of you
claim that their is no Common Law when I see so much “willful ig-nor-ance” of the law to the point where
you are willful slaves and don’t even know it.
Anyway, the people are the “creditors” means you have been loaning them your money via your “signature.”
They can not access the “treasury” without your signature so this was the reason for the theft of your identity
and withholding this little piece of information. WE the people have been hoodwinked for one hundred years
and will continue to be hoodwinked if we do not get this fact through our thick skulls.
So when you go to the bank for example to buy a house. As soon as you sign on the dotted line your home is
paid for from the treasury. Remember they stole everyone’s gold. And gave us a “promise to pay back.” But
then the secret about the name caused all of us to hand everything to them even our very “lives.” If anyone of
you in any country check the land registry in your community you will discover not one of us is registered as
owners of our what we think is our property. So now do you understand why they act like everything is
theirs? Problem is theft does not constitute “ownership” does it?
The invoices you receive in the mail for utilities, tv, internet, are actually a notice of “dividends” they are
paying back to the people’s “treasury” from the money generated through pricing and trading or selling. And
all money is supposed to circulate through each country into the communities and back to the treasury.
Without the people their is no purpose of money. Before they launched this scam on the people we did not
have to “pay” for anything. We traded goods for goods and service for service and their was no third party
interloper into our lives dictating our every breath.
The above explanation of what is going on here is as simple as I can comprehend it. It is the reason that Neil
Keenan, Drake, Wilcock and all the rest will never succeed from the angle they are approaching this problem.
There is no gold paper or plastic that has any value without us. And even if they each get the gold back we by
now know throwing money at this will not correct it.
What we can do though is hold their feet to the fire of the law and each involved from the bottom to the top
under common law are personally “liable” for their violations no matter their excuse. There is no
“Government” from the perspective the people are looking at it because the people are the ‘Government” and
all of these crooks that make up the bankers, public servants and corporations are just plain crooks. Their is
no “debt” only thieves and yes the peoples grand juries coupled with the ‘commercial lien” IS OUR ONLY

moden tale of modern man´s fantasy and a strong witness of how even modern man´s fantasy works. And it shows how even
today human minds and souls have not changed a lot.
But this is what I´m interested in. Obviously the story appears as mad-man´s-story, but deep inside it revaeals a deep pain
und kind of tension leading humans to fantasize and look for solutions, crazy and real ones. This is deeply human.
But generally such story does not and never effect me, because I do not look for special external happenings pushing my
internal “start” button for changes.
Anyway, the read was interesting, a really hyper modern fairy tale, much better than all these every-day horror stories…

First of all I think that the person who wrote this “document” is probably a traitor and should or could be punished for calling
for an armed rebellion against the government.
I know things are not right on the home front but this strikes me as the same thing as the OPPT scam and swisindo and the

It is in my opinion and well documented that Gen Carter Ham was involved in an attempted military coup against Obama

Earlier in the year I spent some time studying these people above who came out with this especially
Darash, for a month or so.
I found so many errors and misguided information regarding common law Grand Jury, the Supreme
court ruling on Grand Jury, and Constitutional misunderstandings.
I tried several times to correct their errors with proof of my claim so they would not continue
spreading disinfo. But, it went on dead ears. I couldn’t help but feel these people were being ‘set up’
by the same type of criminal handlers behind the scene just like RUSA, Divine Province and many
other attempts in the past for which a number of people ended up in federal prison.
Education of the people has been troubling. No sooner you get a group together there are several
people who insist it is done ‘this’ way and disregard the law. There are so many entrenched ideas that
are NOT in harmony with the Declaration of Independence and de jure Constitution to 1864.
Frankly, the American people do NOT have to join groups they just have to study their Constitution
for their State and the federal one, re-read over and over the Declaration of Independence and piece
two and two together. Its not rocket science. The founders were plain speakers and excellent
thoughtful writers with vision. They knew exactly what was going to happen to this nation once they
died off.
It was a wager right from the get go. The American people were fair game if they DID NOT KNOW
and fully grasp the extraordinary preciousness of these founding documents and what that meant to
protect their lives.
Well, we are now dealing with the biggest scam in the world and the American people are found
guilty of giving consent to the conversion of their unalienable Rights into ‘State privileges’. THAT is
our sin.
Until we return our statuses through the State Department to ‘Union state Citizenship’ we will

the videos they claimed the planes were not responsible. As soon as they saw the impact hole size in the Pentagon
they said no plane did that either, A cruse missal maybe but not a passenger jet.
