Managed the database and communicate with outside practices by telephone regarding patient documents to ensure all documents are properly filed. Coordinated patient records with multiple office locations in order to ensure interaction office efficiency and effective management of doctor’s schedule. Sugar Shack Ice Cream Parlor Chicago, Illinois May, 2009 – Present Staff Manager Audit monthly inventory and weekly stock ordering in order to ensure there are adequate amount of items needed for workplace to function properly. Prepare items according to written or verbal orders, working on several different orders simultaneously. Supervise group of two to three workers to ensure balanced workroom. Calculate financial balance of the work day and recorded sales to ensure a correct daily balance.
