Rings are expected to be delivered to the HS office around May 15.

Graduation Announcement Cards:
Graduation Announcement Cards are now ready for purchase. Each piece costs Php 50.00 (fifty pesos) and a minimum of 5 pcs per purchase is required. Cards will be sold on a first come first served basis. Please pay the amount to the Cashiers office first then bring the receipt to the HS Office to claim the cards. Hurry and send some to your family and friends abroad ☺

Dear Parents, In line with the forthcoming graduation of our seniors, we are preparing the return of the Facilities Upgrade Deposit (FUD) of $5,000.00 paid at the time your child entered International School Manila, Inc. To enable us to release the refund on June 30, 2010 onwards may we remind you of the following: 1. Submission of the Facilities Upgrade Deposit (FUD) duly endorsed by the holder of the certificate. The refund in the form of check will be made payable to the holder’s name indicated in the certificate. 2. Clearance for the textbooks to be accomplished the last day of school. 3. ATAC Announcements: Last Friday evening the 3rd Season HS Sports Awards was held to celebrate the efforts of our HS athletes for Badminton, Track and Softball. On behalf of the ATAC office I would like to thank all the parents that made the effort to come along to the evening, it was great to have a good turn out of parents enjoy the evening. Thanks also to all the 3rd season coaches who presented awards and gave tremendous and sometimes, poetic speeches, about their teams. It was very entertaining. Award winners: Varsity: MVP’s: Softball: Cha Cha Bamba and Vincent Ching Badminton: Neelam Gopwani, Andrea Sy and Jason Pesengco Track: Ali Majied and Smirti Sridhar Junior Varsity MVP’s: Softball: Bianca Chang and Angelo Martinez Next weekend May 7-9 our MS Mixed Touch squad travels to Kuala Lumpur for the annual MS Mixed Touch Tournament hosted by International School Kuala Lumpur. We wish all 36 players and 4 coach’s the very best of luck at this tournament. The group has been training and preparing for this tournament since Feb under the guidance of head coach Caroline Stannard. 3RD SEASON ATHLETES (TRACK/SOFTBALL/BADMINTON) ARE WEARING THE NEW IASAS VARSITY JACKETS. IF YOU WERE AN IASAS ATHLETE SEASON 1 OR 2/IASAS MUN DELEGATE/IASAS CULTURAL CONVENTION DELEGATE THIS YEAR AND YOU WISH TO ORDER A JACKET BEFORE THE END OF THIS SCHOOL YEAR… DO THE FOLLOWING: • PAY 1000 PESOS TO CASHIER • BRING RECEIPT TO JOAN AT ATAC AND ORDER YOUR SIZE (S, M, L OR XL ONLY) • JACKETS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN TWO WEEKS.

International School Manila SUMMER SPORTS CAMP
The ISM Basketball, Soccer, Volleyballl, and Badminton Summer Sports Camps will start on June 7 to 24, 2010. These camps are open to all ES/MS/HS ISM students only. Edge Basketball Camp Coach Cristian Gopez and Coach Alex Cabagnot has established the Edge Basketball International Camp summer of 2008. The Edge Basketball International is in the United States located in West Covina, California . This summer camp session will include 10 days of fundamental basketball and fun Asuncion Badminton Camp will be organized by the countries Rank 1 badminton players Kennie and Kennevic Asuncion. ISM Volleyball Camp will be conducted by Coach Thelma Barina, RP Women’s Volleyball Coach ISM Soccer Camp will be made possible by our very own ISM soccer coaches.
