NCM 107-A   This course deals with the concepts, principles, theories and methods of developing nursing leaders and managers in the hospital and community-based settings. It also includes ethico-moral/legal aspects of health care and nursing practice and the nurses’ responsibilities for personal and professional growth.  4 units lecture 72 lecture hours
