*The Surveillance society is a threat in the world in 2010. Militarized police, mobile X-rays monitoring innocent citizens in airports, GMOs, the polluted water with flouride, DARPA devices that are Big Brother in their orientation, illegal spy fusion centers (influenced by the Department of Homeland Security), SWAT Teams everywhere, and other evil happenings in America are definitely not by cup of tea. The good news is that some governmental authorities have failed to push forced vaccinations nationwide. Now, Lindsey Graham and Chuck Schumer are promoting a National ID biometric card system under the guise of “immigration reform.” Schumer and Graham want every American worker required to have a biometric ID card in order to work. “Under the potentially controversial plan still taking shape in the Senate, all legal U.S. workers, including citizens and immigrants, would be issued an ID card with embedded information, such as fingerprints, to tie the card to the worker,” reports The Wall Street Journal. Already, Germany forces its citizens to have a biometric ID card that will be in effect by November 1, 2010. The Barack Obama administration has no opinion on this issue even though both Graham and Schumer want to talk to the Barack Obama administration about it. Total national ID card systems for all Americans failed. This card will violate human privacy when other alternatives can be executed to solve immigration (without the extremes of arbitrarily deporting people and allowing the
status quo to continue). I do believe in compassion, so I don’t believe in scapegoating immigrants and wanting to break up families either (that even Jesus Christ never taught us to do). When you get older, you realize that some multinational corporations and some free trade policies made various nations function in an economically-disastrous fashion. This causes some (not all) of the influx of immigration (some of these people are illegal immigrants) into America. The immigrants just like us want to receive a better life. Some people want people like us to be intimidated. Yet, through God’s
strength, I will never be intimidated by no man or the government. I will stand by my convictions firmly, I respect all humans yet I’m not naïve about the issues in the world, and I will fight for my liberty plus the truth in the world. Nothing is ever going to change that at all. My spirit isn’t shaken and my mind is ever clear to evaluate the atmosphere pertaining to society.
The Detroit incident has many questions and some believe it was a staged event. The person caught is named Abdulmutallab. He is more than just an extremist trying to ignite a powdery explosive substance on board a flight into the USA (He is from Nigeria). Eyewitnesses point to a man helping the accused young terrorist to board an aircraft without a password. There is an unusual cameraman documenting the attempted attack on board the plane. This raise more than red flag and it could point to an intelligence operation (in the form of a drill) that is utilized to continue this evil war on terror. Even CNN interviewed key flight witnesses during their December 28th program raising these points (and a possible intelligence handler). Kurt Haskell and his wife saw a well dressed, wealthy looking Indian man giving assistance to Farouk Abdulmutallab at the boarding gate in Amsterdam. Haskell said that the accused bomber looked "poor" next to the well dressed man. Haskell said that the man did the talking for Abdullamutallab claiming that he was a Sudanese refugee, so he doesn't need a passport to board the aircraft. The gate attended referred the odd couple of a older Indian man and a Nigerian young man (who was reported to U.S. authorities by his own father) to the manager. Haskell said that's the last he saw of the wealthy man. Haskell's wife, Laurie, said that it's odd that authorities didn't follow up on the seeing the Indian man prior to boarding the flight. A cameraman pictured the whole flight. This cameraman was the only one standing up and intently filmed the entire incident. Now, neo-liberals and neo-cons like Senator Lieberman want to preemptively attack Yemen. Also, there are body scanners that can see the naked human body, etc. Kurt Haskell made bombshell revelations also about Flight 253. He said that the FBI detained a 2nd man after dogs detected a bomb in his luggage. The FBI has not only ignored Haskell’s story, but they have launched a cover-up by refusing to even acknowledge the existence of another man who filmed the entire flight, including the aborted attack, as well as the well-dressed man who aided the bomber to board the plane even though he had no passport and was on a terror watch list. Haskell believed that the FBI have acted lackadaisical in how they handled airport security after the plane landed at the Detroit Metro airport in Romulus, Michigan. Haskell said that the FBI showed him images of people, but the agents tried to pass off 2 photos of Mutallab to discredit him. Mr. Haskell questioned why officials have not released the Amsterdam airport security video that will undoubtedly reveal crucial information about the “sharp-dressed man” who escorted a disheveled Mutallab to the boarding area. He said that the FBI used a
bomb sniffing dog to handcuff another Indian young man. Later, the FBI moved the passengers to another location. The Nigerian man has been called the underwear bomber. Yemen is apart of the war on terror since it has oil near Saudi Arabia. It exports billions of dollars worth of crude oil per year. Some believe its oil supplies are shrinking. Yemeni crude oil exports decreased to $1.5 billion during the fiscal period from January -October of 2009, compared with $4.2 billion during the same period of 2008, a decrease of $2.7 billion, the Central Bank of Yemen reported. Some believe its oil reserves are decreasing and it could lose it tally by 10 years. Of course, this doesn't prove Peak Oil since oil resources are growing in other places globally as well. There is more to Yemen as well.
UK PM Gordon Brown even wants an emergency summit among the U.S. and the UK to deal with Yemen as a terrorist haven. He believes that the governments of American and the UK to tackle Yemen's al-Qaeda problem. This is a green light to expand the War on Terror in Yemen and Africa even more than it is already. “The United States will more than double its security assistance to Yemen, officials said Friday, and Britain will host an international meeting this month to seek ways to prevent the poorest Arab nation from becoming an alQaeda stronghold,” reports The Washington Post. “The announcements highlight mounting Western concern over Yemen after a failed attempt to bomb a U.S. airliner on Christmas; the suspect is a Nigerian man who reportedly told authorities that he received training and equipment in the country, which borders Saudi Arabia.” This is insanity since we have a recession now already. Houthi fighters disagree with the current government of Yemen (who are allied with the Sunni Saudi Arabian government). That is why Saudi warplanes attacked northern Yemen villages and troops are sent from Saudi Arabia into Yemen. The Houthi believe that the Yemeni government are discriminating against them politically, economically, and religiously. The Yemeni government believe that the northern Sa'ada region of their nation is a terrorist then. The Shabab revels in Somalia now want to send fighters into Yemen to fight jihad according to the New York Times. These fighters have battled the African Union peacekeeping force including the transitional federal government in Somalia (which is only across the Gulf of Aden near Yemen). The Times believe that the Shabab fighters established links with al-Qaeda. Webster Griffin Tarpley believe that battle in Yemen relates to Sunni vs. Shiite power struggles and the West trying to claim more power over Russia in his own words:
"...In Yemen, a civil war pits the Saudi-backed central government against the Iranian-backed Shiite Houthi rebels, whom the US has bombed at least twice this month. The goal here is to play Iran against Saudi Arabia so as to weaken both the pro-Moscow Achmadinejad government in Iran, and also those Saudi forces that are fed up with their status as a US protectorate. The US is openly now sponsoring a regroupment of “al Qaeda” (the CIA Moslem legion) in Yemen , including by sending fighters direct from Guantanamo . The new CIA-promoted entity synthetic entity is “Al Qaeda on the Arabian Peninsula or AQAP, a gaggle of US patsies, dupes, and fanatics which is claiming credit for the Umar Farouk incident. The US hopes to further dominate the exit from the Red Sea and the
Suez Canal, while also easing pressure on the battered US dollar by jacking up the price of oil in an atmosphere of tension on the Arabian peninsula..."
So, the Umar Farouk possible false flag incident have been exploited by internationalists and governmental leaders in order to fight battles in Yemen in order for the Middle East plus Africa to be incorporated in the new world order construct. TSA Scanners exist now in America. The full body scanners are frying travelers with radiation. This has been increasing with the failed terrorist attempt on Flight 253. These scanners have been exposed as dangerous by real researchers. Neo cons want these X-Rays shipped nationwide. Yet, these things can have unhealthy amounts of ionic radiation just for the sake of the incident of Mutallab. The Zogby poll say that Americans approve long lines and gridlock at airport passenger screening points. The majority of people supporting stuff like this doesn't mean that they are right. They are wrong since civil liberties are important to preserve. The TSA or the Transportation Security Agency is in charge of airport screening. So, much of the public want the TSA to enact fascist policies among people. People now may have to go to X-Ray machines into order to pass through airport security checkpoints. The TSA Security Laboratory Director Susan Hallowell recently announced the agency’s intent to use back-scatter X-ray machines for passenger surveillance. They can track people's whole body with exposure of ionizing radiation to people. These machines are tested in U.S. airports like JFK, LAX, and Orlando. The government is making more profit over these events. In the last 17 months, TSA has received over 30,000 proposals for Big Brother technology and equipment needed to keep 280 million citizen-suspects under careful surveillance from the inside out. This is growing the Big Brother police state in America. Digital Security Systems of Miami have promoted its ConPass Security Body Scanner that can do virtual cavity searches using deeply penetrating X-Radiation. Scanners have been exposed greatly. Some want to boycott these scanners, because they violate human privacy, they are a health risk, and it apart of a long list of tyranny. We don't need a control grid that exists so common in American society. Global warming hysteria, and other instruments are utilized by those among the government including Homeland Security in order to decrease personal freedom, while totalitarianism is permitted to be a reality. This oppressive scanning security could spread into shopping malls, public schools, and many other buildings. Now, the TSA and Homeland Security want people who opt out of body scanners to embrace a full pat down on their bodies. TV Networks are promoting these devices from CNN, FOX, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC, etc. Now, there are calls to renew the expiring and evil Patriot Act. Paranoia is running amok here in the West, when an aborted plane bombing attempt is exploited as means to fund military operations in Yemen. Homeland Security has gone too far again by experiment with a bracelet shock device. If it's given unto all travelers, it can electric shock them if they deem suspicious (which classification can be subjective at times). “A senior government official with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has expressed great interest in a so-called safety bracelet that would serve as a stun device, similar to that of a police Taser®. According to this promotional video found at the Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. website, the bracelet would be worn by all airline passengers,” reported the Washington Times. In the UK, body
scanners can violate child pornography laws like the Protection of Children Act of 1978. This law makes it illegal to create an indecent image or a pseudo-image of a child. So, in the UK, they have no right to use these full body scanners according to Terri Dowty. She is from the Action for Rights of Children. Michael Chertoff (whose security consulting agency called the Chertoff Group including a client that manufactures body scanners in airports). That is why Chertoff wants such inventions in airports nationwide. These scanners have health corners (especially if people who have previous x-ray scans, mammograms, or is a frequent flyer experience these scans). Dr. John Gofman, Professor Emeritus of Molecular and Cell Biology at University of California, Berkeley, maintains that there is no safe dose of ionizing radiation. Gofman argues that radiation from medical diagnostics and treatment is responsible for 50 per cent of cancers of 60 per cent of heart disease cases amongst Americans. “The fact, that X-ray doses are so seldom measured, reflects the false assumption that doses do not matter…[but] they do matter enormously. And each bit of additional dose matters, because any X-ray photon may be the one which sets in motion the high-speed, high energy electron which causes a carcinogenic or atherogenic [smooth muscle] mutation. Such mutations rarely disappear. The higher their accumulated number in a population, the higher will be the population’s mortality rates from radiation-induced cancer and ischemic heart disease,” states Gofman. Even some people like Ben Wallace said that scanners aren't a silver dullet in stopping such potential bombers. Ben Wallace is from the defense research organization called QinetQ. We should disagree with these bull body scanners.
InfraGrad is another spy group. Matthew Rothschild from The Progressive at February 7,
2008 reported on InfraGrad. This is the first time of me hearing of this organization. InfraGrad is about 23,000 representatives of private industry working quietly with the FBI and the DHS (or the Department of Homeland Security). InfraGrad received terrorist threats before the public or even public officials do. They provide information to the government. The ACLU opposes this group, because this group may be another spy organ of the federal government via corporations like the TIPS program. There is nothing wrong with legit corporations as long as they play by the rules and don't get involved in anti-liberty activities. Corporations shouldn't control all laws and the government thought. The people and individuals ought to control the government and create the laws. This group has been involved in emergency drills (Curt Haugen is CEO of S'Curo Group admitted to this. Haugen himself is a InfraGrad member). One InfraGrad member told Rothschild that he has a right to shoot to kill in case of emergencies. That's strange, but this is the mentality of many anti-liberty, pro-police states members of government (not all people in government). Random searches, excessive surveillance, and militarized police are common place in many large cities of America. It's even worse in the United Kingdom. Simon Jenkins from Wednesday on February 6, 2008 had an article mentioned by The Guardian. Jenkins documents the police state action in the UK. For example,
Jenkins wrote that some British officials private dealings between lawyer and client, and between MP and constituent, should no longer be considered immune from state surveillance. The monitoring organization
Privacy International cites Great Britain as having the worse record in Europe in terms of protecting privacy. Even Liberals in Britain want oversight, but oversight masks the issue. The real solution is the curtailing of these surveillance obstruction of our rights and a return to principles of warrants, laws, and other legitimate situations.
I want to mention this. A man attacked the Pentagon. That's evil and wrong since even though the Pentagon has done great evil in the world, violence is never a solution in making our dissent known. Now, the mainstream media even from CNN and the SPLC (that transformed itself from a civil rights organization to an organization that harbors hatred and lies about conservatives, libertarians, etc.) is exploiting this tragedy as an excuse to compare people who disagree with official story of 9/11 to terrorists. That's a lie of course. The man is named John Patrick Bedell. The media claimed that he's a libertarian, but he was a registered Democrat. Yet, this man had a history of mental illness and he certainly isn't a representation of real 9/11 Truth activists or citizens at all. The SPLC constantly peddles real fear and paranoia about any group that oppose large government and the violations of the Constitution plus the Bill of Rights. Their tactics are similar to the debunked MIAC and DHS reports depend on the wildly speculative information provided by the SPLC and the ADL. The corporate media relies on the SPLC to lie and make distortions on the patriot movement. Bedell believed in a marijuana based monetary system, so he's hardly a real conservative or a libertarian. Hitching Bedell (who suffered from mental illness) up with the Ludwig von Mises Institute and Libertarians reveals just how desperate the establishment is to discredit the patriot movement. It also reveals the
utter poverty of their arguments. Now, John Avlon called the patriot movement haters when the patriot movement have educated people on civil liberties issues for years now. This event is an attempt by the establishment (using their puppets like Glenn Beck, SPLC, and Chris Matthew) to smear certain types of dissent as violence. The SPLC now compares We are Change to racist supremacist organizations.
The events made by Bedell, Stack, and von Brunn have made the establishment to scapegoat the internet. Janet Napolitano and the DHS claim that they are vindicated when they are not. Just because a mentally disturbed shooting tried to kill innocent people in the Pentagon, doesn't mean that this person is a representation of the Patriot movement at all. Bill Weir from ABC claimed that the DHS document was accurate to demonize patriotic Americans. Weir is the co-anchor of Good Morning America Weekend Edition reading a teleprompter about issues. The DHS document is entitled, "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment." The Bedell case also promotes the false left/right paradigm. Neocon Republicans insist Bedell was a registered Democrat while so-called liberals and progressives argue he was a poster child for the Tea Party and “militia” movements. “As we saw in Austin, far-right extremist rhetoric plays no small role in inspiring these acts. And inevitably, it is ordinary Americans who pay the price,” writes David Neiwert for Crooks and Liars. “We now know that the guy thought the government and the Bush family were behind the 9/11 attacks (or ‘demolitions’ as he called them), and was basically frothing at the mouth with Bush hatred,” writes a blogger going by the handle Zombie on the neocon Pajamas Media website. Michelle
Malkin says that Bedell was a registered Democrat, but Zombie said that he was a mentally disturbed man. The pro-CIA Washington Post had an article written by Joby Warrick and Spencer S. Hsu. They wrote that the acts made by Bedell, Joe Stack, and James von Brunn represent an online communities of those who possess antigovernment sentiments (fueled by the economic recession, joblessness, and the growing federal deficit). They want to clamp down on the Internet, which is a violation of many First Amendment freedoms like of course the freedom of speech. The czar Cass Sunstein in his recently published book called, "On Rumors" wants to force websites to remove "false rumors." This is dangerous since who determines who is a false
rumors. Things that criticize the government can't be a false rumor all of the time. Sunstein supports the fascist goal of the government using the COINTELPRO initiative to ban "conspiracy theories," and disrupt people who disagrees with the government. “We can readily imagine a series of possible responses,” Sunstein wrote. “(1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories.” These
fascist policies toward those who oppose the government are extreme. Now, Congress wants to support a bill now in the Senate that will give Barack Obama the power to shut down the Internet in the response to a cyber attack. As Boston Review journalist Evgeny Morozov noted last year, the cyber war threat is seriously overblown. “It is alarming that so many people have accepted the White House’s assertions about cyber-security as a key national security problem without demanding further evidence,” writes Morozov. “Have we learned nothing from the WMD debacle? The administration’s claims could lead to policies with serious, long-term, troubling consequences for network openness and personal privacy.” Going on and trying to go after the online community is a sign that the establishment is desperate in trying to promote their lies. This paranoia is an extension of the war on terror where some feel that Muslims want to destroy the entire world.
Free inquiry and the expression of independent thought are never examples of extremism. They are pure examples of the initiation of human creativity and free thought.
One of the most evil tactics in the Big Brother world is the installation of cameras in school bathrooms worldwide. No position of the government or any authority should be able to enact this policy, because it inheritably violates the cherished tenet of human privacy. Perverts controlling the images can exploit these images as well. This is occurring in a school in Birmingham, UK and parents are outraged about it. There are
CCTV cameras in the school’s toilets without the kids knowing about it at first (or their parents). The place is at Grace Academy in Chelmsley Wood. The report points to another recent case in Britain, where a school in Salford filmed children in various stages of undress changing into their gym kit. He proponents in the UK claim they want
to perserve child safety, but it increases the risk of perverts spying children in stages of undress. Compare this with the case of Kevin Geraghty-Shewan, a man who dared to take photographs of his own son in public riding a toy train. He was accused by a security person of being a pedophile. Big Brother in the United Kingdom is very bad like in some places of America. The CCTV placed in London has a huge power in being an oversight against human privacy indeed. When a child pervert does this on software, he or she is rightfully condemn, but when someone in governmental authority does it, some in the establishment support this injustice. The bigger picture is that schools ought to be promoted as free inquiry filled locations not promoted as akin to prisons (with strip searches that’s random, regular drug raids, proposed forced inoculations of children, etc. Even an innocent 12 year Queens student named Alexa Gonzalez
was arrested for just doodling on a desk. That‘s certainly benign behavior meriting no such action). This is why home schooling and private schooling are
popular, but they are expensive. There is nothing wrong with promoting home schooling or private education thought. I believe that public education should be reformed since public schooling focused in the right format can always resemble the fully educational quality of the American people. Some want to ban public schools, but that will leave tons of Americans without any form of education (the poor will definitely suffer much more than other groups of people as well).
Real freedoms were gained in America by not begging for them or the lack luster embrace of gradualism. They instead transpired here, because dedicated human beings decided specifically to fight for them. Some of them died, so we can live in the Earth to cherish the freedom of conscience, the freedom of religion, due process, the freedom of speech, etc. The blood of human beings shed for liberty are never in vain for the truth is always a strong power reigning among them and all true liberty lovers. Now, some policies have threaten these very ideals that are crucial in the mindset of not only the Patriots of the past, but of the Patriots in the present, and the Patriots not yet born in the Earth. Extra proof shows the police state threat transpiring in our nation and other countries worldwide. Examples in include people using full body scanners (that record intimidate details of your bodies) to fly airplanes, the FDA having military style raids on Amish farmers in Pennsylvania for just having organic milk. An NYPD officer has broken his silence and has confessed that innocent citizens are being set up and falsely arrested and ticketed in order to meet quotas. An extensive investigation has revealed that between 2003 and 2007, that state of Texas quietly gave hundreds of newborn baby blood samples to a U.S. Armed Forces laboratory for use in a forensics database. A new global treaty may force U.S. Internet service providers to spy on what you do online. There are tons of more examples of police state policies existing. We know that this stuff is real and the question is that what do we do about it. The first thing we can do is be educated
about issues (especially about legal & political matters), help people in need, defend people whose rights have been violated, and live your right in awareness plus joy (since we all need some humor and joy sometimes to fulfill the essence of our complex lives). History proves that legitimate government is necessary to protect the people. History also proves that too much governmental power in the lives of the people can cause tyranny. One example is how the Cops and CPS seized a child form parents for "mistrusting government." This family is from Williamson County, Austin. They lost custody of their 7 year old son. The Child Protective Service are investigating the issue. They believe that the child's parents taught the child to mistrust the government. This act is hardly illegal or unwarranted. Yet, this act caused the CPS to deem the parents unsuitable according to charges leveled by police officers in CPS documents. This is fascism 21st century style. There is no other description for this deed, but fascism. The parents are drug reform activist filmmakers Barry and Candi Cooper. Their home were recently raided and searched by the police. Authorities believe that Cooper's voice was heard in the background of an allegedly false police report. “Once in the couple’s home, officers discovered a small amount of marijuana and charged the Coopers with Class B misdemeanors, resulting in both their arrests. Each immediately bonded out of jail and paid a small fine. Days later, while Candi’s youngest son was visiting his father in east Texas, Child Protective Services contacted the Coopers, revealing that the incident could cost them not only custody of the boy, but also their freedom on felony child endangerment charges,” writes Stephen C. Webster of True Slant, who has been following the case. The page five of the CPS case report showed the police leveling the shocking claim that the Coopers are unsuitable parents, because they teach their children that the government is out to harm them. Page six of the report accuse the Coopers of being aggressive to authority. The Founding fathers were aggressive against the British colonialists, but anything people stand up as humans against tyranny today is falsely called terrorism by some individuals. This page said they didn't allow government employees to enter home without a court order, which they should do. Travis County Deputy District Attorney Dayna Blazey said that the Coopers are fit to be parents, their children are happy plus healthy, etc. The kids weren't in risk according to Blazey. Williamson County believes that the police claim that the Coopers allow their children and friends to use drugs in the house. Ominously, police also characterize the Coopers educating their children that the drug war is evil as an act of ‘mental abuse’. The Drug War has been made into an evil excuse to violate rights while limiting legitimate reforms to assist those with real drug addiction. The real reason why Barry Cooper (who was a former police officer and a Drug Enforcement Agent) is targeted is because of his politics. Cooper tries to catch police engaged in corruption and other criminal acts especially as it relates to the
Drug War. He had an underground DVD called "Never Get Busted Again." This teaches people how to react to police oppression. Cooper dedicated a recent You Tube video featuring him and his wife to their son, in which they discussed the raid and the attempt to seize 7-year-old Zach. “In my 19 years of experience with criminal defense matters, a search warrant for a misdemeanor charge is certainly unusual,” wrote Minnesota attorney Maury D. Beaulier, who had no prior knowledge of the Coopers’ case. “It indicates to me that this is a targeted investigation. It may be targeted because it is believed to be a part of a greater crime or conspiracy, or, perhaps, because there are political motivations at work.” The Coopers didn't succeed in trying to get custody back of their 7 year old son named Zachary. Zachary is raised by his father, who didn't have previously custody of the child. Barry has been barred form any contact with him whatsoever. The Coopers faced losing total custody of their child entirely. Barry said that this is the most horrible thing done to him in his life. The police in this instance wants the public and parents who teach a distrust of government (that was written and spoken off by the Founding Fathers), etc. should have their kids seized by the CPS. This is a new level of thought police tyranny that's extremely similar to the acts occurring in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. This is all the more reason for us to not sell out to the establishment and not be ashamed of what we believe in.
*The SPLC is trying to do a cover report (in 2010) on people like us who expose the evils in the world pertaining to the new world order agenda. The SPLC believe that the Tea Parties and the 9/11 truth Movement endorse violence against human beings, which is slander. These groups are exploding in popularity and some of the some few entities trying to help this country. This slick tactic of slandering people by some people
in the government, etc. is done to also try to limit free speech on the Internet.
One example is a bill being proposed in Congress desired to shut down the Internet by the executive branch in a certain national emergency. The government can read my words all they want to. My beliefs are known and my name is clear. I have nothing to hide. Yet, the secrecy among certain members of the government promoting this surveillance oppression is a clear contrast to the American plus universal values of transparency, truth, and wisdom.
Appendix A: Precrime The Department of Homeland Security has mobile precrime modules. Phillip K. Dick's short story called "The Minority report" shows murder and other crimes being prevented by the efforts of 3 mutants that precogs. They can see the future as presented in the movie. The purpose of the program was to detect hostile thought by screening people at the border en even at public events. According to DHS science spokesman John Verrico in 2008, the program is capable of 78% accuracy on mal-intent detection, and 80% on deception. On July 24, 2008 then DHS Under Secretary Jay Cohen stated that the goal of the program is to create a new technology that would work in real time as opposed to after a crime is already committed. “The system uses a battery of sensors — everything from simple cameras to infrared sensors to eye-safe laser radars — to do its job, and it then collates the data to determine if people are displaying biological markers that betray mal-intent,” Gizmodo reports. In other words, a technology able to detect and prevent precrime or, more accurately, thought crime. The FAST video ignores the fact that this technology violates the Fifth Amendment of the American Constitution. The Bill of Rights is violated all of the time as a quaint anachronism in the war on manufactured terrorism. The purpose of this technology isn't necessarily to stop crime, but to condition
the larger public to accept a high-tech totalitarian police state (and to acquiesce to all kinds of intrusive behavior by the government officials and law enforcement). Even years ago, these act would be wholly rejected as unacceptable. The FAST program is just one part of larger projected made by the Department of Homeland Security. The DHS really want to transform America into a high tech Stasi surveillance police state. Some of these projects deal with mind reading, biometrics, and the penetration of social networks. They go by many names. They include: the Credentialing Project (developing “credentialing systems” that incorporate biometric information), Enhancing Public Response and Community Resilience Project (an effort to fully integrate state and federal emergency programs), High Impact Technological Solution – Biometric Detector Project (an effort to “provide efficient, high quality, contact less [sic] acquisition of fingerprint biometric signatures for identity management”), Insider Threat Detection Program (designed to “detect insider behavior that is likely to present or lead to a threat to critical infrastructure using behavioral indicators”), and others. The FAST interrogation trailer can be used in high security events and other places like malls, grocery stores, workplaces, and at strategic locations in our neighborhoods. This isn't paranoid fantasy. The police state incubators have been deployed in England as mobile metal detectors since at least 2008. In 2005, George Churchill-Coleman, who at one time headed Scotland Yard’s anti-terrorist squad, told the Guardian Britain is becoming a police state. “I have a horrible feeling that we are sinking into a police state, and that’s not good for anybody. We live in a democracy and we should police on those standards,” he said. The TSA have expanded its operation from airports to school buses. The government have portrayed anyone with dissent over the policies of the government as terrorists or akin to al-Qaeda. In 2008, Glen Beck and the neo-con Joel Rosenberg said that a perfect storm of terrorist attacks would be made up of Marxists and al-Qaeda operatives. Beck lies and said that 9/11 truthers would target Obama for assassination. Beck's propaganda is similar to the corporate media's lies about trying to force people to enjoy the nullification of our rights (as found in the Bill of Rights and Constitution) in the aftermath of a terrorist attack. General Tommy Franks in 2003 told Cigar Aficionado magazine that a big terrorist attack could end our constitutional government to be replaced with a military form of government. The Pentagon in 2004 forced residents to have biometric IDs (made up of a retina scan and an ID card) after Falljuah, Iraq was leveled in response to resistance after the illegal invasion of Iraq. Operatives of the government want all Americans to have biometric ID card system today. “National identification cards, long feared by privacy advocates, may soon become mandatory for American workers. In a bipartisan effort to curb the hiring of illegal immigrants, Sens. Charles Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have proposed legislation that, if passed, will require all working Americans to carry biometric ID cards containing fingerprint records and other personal information,” The Week reported on March 11. We don't need thought crime trailers at all. Comparing the Oath Keepers or even a legitimate militia group to al-Qaeda is a lie and slander. These slanders are being promoted by the Southern Poverty Law Center, the DHS, and others. People have a right to promote the Bill of Rights, believe in the Second Amendment, have questions about illegal immigration, and oppose the policies of Barack
Obama. The DHS is something else. We should hope nothing terrible occurs in this nation, especially since some people in federal government (not every in the federal government) will undoubtedly exploit such an occurrence as an excuse to promote their Big Brother policies.
Some have criticized pre crime policing in the world. There was 5 police agencies who apprehended a 39-year old Oregonian named David Pyles. This occurred in March 8 in the morning. The authorities claimed that it was don to thwart another lone wolf mass murdered. The police “were able to successfully take a potentially volatile male subject into protective custody for a mental evaluation,” announced a press release put out by the Medford, Oregon, police department. The suspect had been placed on administrative leave from his job. He was called disgruntled and has firearms, yet these aren't justifications to arrest someone. The authorities claimed that he was planning retaliation against his employees when that isn't conclusively proven at all. Pyles "voluntarily" turned himself over to police custody. His legally purchased firearms were seized for safekeeping. The voluntary exchange involved 2 SWAT Teams, police officers from Medford, and nearby “were able to successfully take a potentially volatile male subject into protective custody for a mental evaluation,” announced a press release put out by the Medford, Oregon, police department. The problem with these developments is that David Pyles didn't commit any crime nor was he suspected of having committed one. The police didn't obtain a warrant for either search or arrest. never consulted with a judge or mental health professional before sending out the military-style tactical teams to take Pyle in. This isn't even a representation of law enforcement. This is fascism. Pyles said that the SWAT Team woke him up with a phone call at about 5:50 in the morning. They were pointing their guns at his house. The officer on the phone told him to turn himself in. He agreed if he wouldn't be handcuffed, he would not take him off his property, and he wouldn't be forced to get a mental health evaluation. He agreed. Yet, the second he came outside, the SWAT team jumped him. They handcuffed him, took him off his property, and took him to get a mental health evaluation. This is a broken promise by the law enforcement authorities. At noon in the same day, Pyles was released from the Rogue Valley Medical Center with a clean bill of mental health. Four days later the Medford Police Department returned Pyle’s guns, despite telling him earlier in the week—falsely—that he'd need to undergo a second background check before he could get them back. On Friday the Medford Police Department put out a second press release, this time announcing that the agency had returned the "disgruntled" worker's guns, and "now considers this matter closed. Pyles' case been causing outrage among the gun rights community. Kevin Starrett is from the Oregon Firearms Federation. He's been advising Pyles. He helped him to get his guns back. Lars Larson, who is an Oregon based syndicated conservative talk radio host have taken up the story. Now, Pyles is trying to get an attorney to gain a possible civil rights lawsuit to occur. Some people believe that all criminal acts or terrorism can be prevented if authoritarian policies are instituted. This hasn't worked. We should be vigilant to stop crime, but no human is perfect, so bad occurrence will happen in various times. The best policies is to protect our liberties, and use preventative measures to prevent crime that don't violate liberties from innocent people. There is nothing wrong to find warning signs, but this is different from Pyles. Pyles was just trying to handle a business contract from his job and he wasn't trying to enact terrorism against any place at all. He worked at home since he was placed in administrative leave on March 4. Pyles brought guns and calls himself a gun enthusiast. Pyles has nothing criminal record. James Leuenberger is a criminal defense attorney who is advising Pyles. He said that the apprehension of David Pyles violated the Oregon kidnapping laws and that he could win a lawsuit. Joseph Bloom, who is a psychiatrist at Oregon Health and Science University and a specialist in civil commitment law, said that the police who detained Pyles were likely acting on the cover of Oregon law. This is wrong since he was lead in handcuffs by SWAT teams. The government ought not to drag people from their homes without a warrant and send them into a mental health evaluation based when a person have done legal actions (with no oversight from a judge, or guidance from a psychiatrist). Starrett disagreed with the view that Pyles voluntarily turned himself in. Even if the apprehension of Pyles was legal, the seizure of his guns wasn't. Because civil commitment laws aren't criminal in nature, they don't carry
authorization for the police to search a private residence. According to Pyles, he closed the door behind him as he left his home. Because the police didn't have a search warrant, they had no right to even enter Pyles' home, much less seize guns inside that he bought and possessed legally. Pyles said that the NRA and the ACLU can agree that the SWAT Team's acts toward him were wrong. It is about civil rights and if this can occur against him in Oregon, it can occur against anyone in the USA. Precrime is still wrong.

Now, Lindsey Graham and Chuck Schumer are promoting a National ID biometric card system under the guise of “immigration reform.” Schumer and Graham want every American worker required to have a biometric ID card in order to work. “Under the potentially controversial plan still taking shape in the Senate, all legal U.S. workers, including citizens and immigrants, would be issued an ID card with embedded information, such as fingerprints, to tie the card to the worker,” reports The Wall Street Journal. Already, Germany forces its citizens to have a biometric ID card that will be in effect by November 1, 2010. The Barack Obama administration has no opinion on this issue even though both Graham and Schumer want to talk to the Barack Obama administration about it. Total national ID card systems for all Americans failed. This card will violate human privacy when other alternatives can be executed to solve immigration (without the extremes of arbitrarily deporting people and allowing the
status quo to continue). I do believe in compassion, so I don’t believe in scapegoating immigrants and wanting to break up families either (that even Jesus Christ never taught us to do). When you get older, you realize that some multinational corporations and some free trade policies made various nations function in an economically-disastrous fashion. This causes some (not all) of the influx of immigration (some of these people are illegal immigrants) into America. The immigrants just like us want to receive a better life. Some people want people like us to be intimidated. Yet, through God’s
strength, I will never be intimidated by no man or the government. I will stand by my convictions firmly, I respect all humans yet I’m not naïve about the issues in the world, and I will fight for my liberty plus the truth in the world. Nothing is ever going to change that at all. My spirit isn’t shaken and my mind is ever clear to evaluate the atmosphere pertaining to society.
The Detroit incident has many questions and some believe it was a staged event. The person caught is named Abdulmutallab. He is more than just an extremist trying to ignite a powdery explosive substance on board a flight into the USA (He is from Nigeria). Eyewitnesses point to a man helping the accused young terrorist to board an aircraft without a password. There is an unusual cameraman documenting the attempted attack on board the plane. This raise more than red flag and it could point to an intelligence operation (in the form of a drill) that is utilized to continue this evil war on terror. Even CNN interviewed key flight witnesses during their December 28th program raising these points (and a possible intelligence handler). Kurt Haskell and his wife saw a well dressed, wealthy looking Indian man giving assistance to Farouk Abdulmutallab at the boarding gate in Amsterdam. Haskell said that the accused bomber looked "poor" next to the well dressed man. Haskell said that the man did the talking for Abdullamutallab claiming that he was a Sudanese refugee, so he doesn't need a passport to board the aircraft. The gate attended referred the odd couple of a older Indian man and a Nigerian young man (who was reported to U.S. authorities by his own father) to the manager. Haskell said that's the last he saw of the wealthy man. Haskell's wife, Laurie, said that it's odd that authorities didn't follow up on the seeing the Indian man prior to boarding the flight. A cameraman pictured the whole flight. This cameraman was the only one standing up and intently filmed the entire incident. Now, neo-liberals and neo-cons like Senator Lieberman want to preemptively attack Yemen. Also, there are body scanners that can see the naked human body, etc. Kurt Haskell made bombshell revelations also about Flight 253. He said that the FBI detained a 2nd man after dogs detected a bomb in his luggage. The FBI has not only ignored Haskell’s story, but they have launched a cover-up by refusing to even acknowledge the existence of another man who filmed the entire flight, including the aborted attack, as well as the well-dressed man who aided the bomber to board the plane even though he had no passport and was on a terror watch list. Haskell believed that the FBI have acted lackadaisical in how they handled airport security after the plane landed at the Detroit Metro airport in Romulus, Michigan. Haskell said that the FBI showed him images of people, but the agents tried to pass off 2 photos of Mutallab to discredit him. Mr. Haskell questioned why officials have not released the Amsterdam airport security video that will undoubtedly reveal crucial information about the “sharp-dressed man” who escorted a disheveled Mutallab to the boarding area. He said that the FBI used a
bomb sniffing dog to handcuff another Indian young man. Later, the FBI moved the passengers to another location. The Nigerian man has been called the underwear bomber. Yemen is apart of the war on terror since it has oil near Saudi Arabia. It exports billions of dollars worth of crude oil per year. Some believe its oil supplies are shrinking. Yemeni crude oil exports decreased to $1.5 billion during the fiscal period from January -October of 2009, compared with $4.2 billion during the same period of 2008, a decrease of $2.7 billion, the Central Bank of Yemen reported. Some believe its oil reserves are decreasing and it could lose it tally by 10 years. Of course, this doesn't prove Peak Oil since oil resources are growing in other places globally as well. There is more to Yemen as well.
UK PM Gordon Brown even wants an emergency summit among the U.S. and the UK to deal with Yemen as a terrorist haven. He believes that the governments of American and the UK to tackle Yemen's al-Qaeda problem. This is a green light to expand the War on Terror in Yemen and Africa even more than it is already. “The United States will more than double its security assistance to Yemen, officials said Friday, and Britain will host an international meeting this month to seek ways to prevent the poorest Arab nation from becoming an alQaeda stronghold,” reports The Washington Post. “The announcements highlight mounting Western concern over Yemen after a failed attempt to bomb a U.S. airliner on Christmas; the suspect is a Nigerian man who reportedly told authorities that he received training and equipment in the country, which borders Saudi Arabia.” This is insanity since we have a recession now already. Houthi fighters disagree with the current government of Yemen (who are allied with the Sunni Saudi Arabian government). That is why Saudi warplanes attacked northern Yemen villages and troops are sent from Saudi Arabia into Yemen. The Houthi believe that the Yemeni government are discriminating against them politically, economically, and religiously. The Yemeni government believe that the northern Sa'ada region of their nation is a terrorist then. The Shabab revels in Somalia now want to send fighters into Yemen to fight jihad according to the New York Times. These fighters have battled the African Union peacekeeping force including the transitional federal government in Somalia (which is only across the Gulf of Aden near Yemen). The Times believe that the Shabab fighters established links with al-Qaeda. Webster Griffin Tarpley believe that battle in Yemen relates to Sunni vs. Shiite power struggles and the West trying to claim more power over Russia in his own words:

So, the Umar Farouk possible false flag incident have been exploited by internationalists and governmental leaders in order to fight battles in Yemen in order for the Middle East plus Africa to be incorporated in the new world order construct. TSA Scanners exist now in America. The full body scanners are frying travelers with radiation. This has been increasing with the failed terrorist attempt on Flight 253. These scanners have been exposed as dangerous by real researchers. Neo cons want these X-Rays shipped nationwide. Yet, these things can have unhealthy amounts of ionic radiation just for the sake of the incident of Mutallab. The Zogby poll say that Americans approve long lines and gridlock at airport passenger screening points. The majority of people supporting stuff like this doesn't mean that they are right. They are wrong since civil liberties are important to preserve. The TSA or the Transportation Security Agency is in charge of airport screening. So, much of the public want the TSA to enact fascist policies among people. People now may have to go to X-Ray machines into order to pass through airport security checkpoints. The TSA Security Laboratory Director Susan Hallowell recently announced the agency’s intent to use back-scatter X-ray machines for passenger surveillance. They can track people's whole body with exposure of ionizing radiation to people. These machines are tested in U.S. airports like JFK, LAX, and Orlando. The government is making more profit over these events. In the last 17 months, TSA has received over 30,000 proposals for Big Brother technology and equipment needed to keep 280 million citizen-suspects under careful surveillance from the inside out. This is growing the Big Brother police state in America. Digital Security Systems of Miami have promoted its ConPass Security Body Scanner that can do virtual cavity searches using deeply penetrating X-Radiation. Scanners have been exposed greatly. Some want to boycott these scanners, because they violate human privacy, they are a health risk, and it apart of a long list of tyranny. We don't need a control grid that exists so common in American society. Global warming hysteria, and other instruments are utilized by those among the government including Homeland Security in order to decrease personal freedom, while totalitarianism is permitted to be a reality. This oppressive scanning security could spread into shopping malls, public schools, and many other buildings. Now, the TSA and Homeland Security want people who opt out of body scanners to embrace a full pat down on their bodies. TV Networks are promoting these devices from CNN, FOX, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC, etc. Now, there are calls to renew the expiring and evil Patriot Act. Paranoia is running amok here in the West, when an aborted plane bombing attempt is exploited as means to fund military operations in Yemen. Homeland Security has gone too far again by experiment with a bracelet shock device. If it's given unto all travelers, it can electric shock them if they deem suspicious (which classification can be subjective at times). “A senior government official with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has expressed great interest in a so-called safety bracelet that would serve as a stun device, similar to that of a police Taser®. According to this promotional video found at the Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. website, the bracelet would be worn by all airline passengers,” reported the Washington Times. In the UK, body
scanners can violate child pornography laws like the Protection of Children Act of 1978. This law makes it illegal to create an indecent image or a pseudo-image of a child. So, in the UK, they have no right to use these full body scanners according to Terri Dowty. She is from the Action for Rights of Children. Michael Chertoff (whose security consulting agency called the Chertoff Group including a client that manufactures body scanners in airports). That is why Chertoff wants such inventions in airports nationwide. These scanners have health corners (especially if people who have previous x-ray scans, mammograms, or is a frequent flyer experience these scans). Dr. John Gofman, Professor Emeritus of Molecular and Cell Biology at University of California, Berkeley, maintains that there is no safe dose of ionizing radiation. Gofman argues that radiation from medical diagnostics and treatment is responsible for 50 per cent of cancers of 60 per cent of heart disease cases amongst Americans. “The fact, that X-ray doses are so seldom measured, reflects the false assumption that doses do not matter…[but] they do matter enormously. And each bit of additional dose matters, because any X-ray photon may be the one which sets in motion the high-speed, high energy electron which causes a carcinogenic or atherogenic [smooth muscle] mutation. Such mutations rarely disappear. The higher their accumulated number in a population, the higher will be the population’s mortality rates from radiation-induced cancer and ischemic heart disease,” states Gofman. Even some people like Ben Wallace said that scanners aren't a silver dullet in stopping such potential bombers. Ben Wallace is from the defense research organization called QinetQ. We should disagree with these bull body scanners.
InfraGrad is another spy group. Matthew Rothschild from The Progressive at February 7,
2008 reported on InfraGrad. This is the first time of me hearing of this organization. InfraGrad is about 23,000 representatives of private industry working quietly with the FBI and the DHS (or the Department of Homeland Security). InfraGrad received terrorist threats before the public or even public officials do. They provide information to the government. The ACLU opposes this group, because this group may be another spy organ of the federal government via corporations like the TIPS program. There is nothing wrong with legit corporations as long as they play by the rules and don't get involved in anti-liberty activities. Corporations shouldn't control all laws and the government thought. The people and individuals ought to control the government and create the laws. This group has been involved in emergency drills (Curt Haugen is CEO of S'Curo Group admitted to this. Haugen himself is a InfraGrad member). One InfraGrad member told Rothschild that he has a right to shoot to kill in case of emergencies. That's strange, but this is the mentality of many anti-liberty, pro-police states members of government (not all people in government). Random searches, excessive surveillance, and militarized police are common place in many large cities of America. It's even worse in the United Kingdom. Simon Jenkins from Wednesday on February 6, 2008 had an article mentioned by The Guardian. Jenkins documents the police state action in the UK. For example,
Jenkins wrote that some British officials private dealings between lawyer and client, and between MP and constituent, should no longer be considered immune from state surveillance. The monitoring organization
Privacy International cites Great Britain as having the worse record in Europe in terms of protecting privacy. Even Liberals in Britain want oversight, but oversight masks the issue. The real solution is the curtailing of these surveillance obstruction of our rights and a return to principles of warrants, laws, and other legitimate situations.
I want to mention this. A man attacked the Pentagon. That's evil and wrong since even though the Pentagon has done great evil in the world, violence is never a solution in making our dissent known. Now, the mainstream media even from CNN and the SPLC (that transformed itself from a civil rights organization to an organization that harbors hatred and lies about conservatives, libertarians, etc.) is exploiting this tragedy as an excuse to compare people who disagree with official story of 9/11 to terrorists. That's a lie of course. The man is named John Patrick Bedell. The media claimed that he's a libertarian, but he was a registered Democrat. Yet, this man had a history of mental illness and he certainly isn't a representation of real 9/11 Truth activists or citizens at all. The SPLC constantly peddles real fear and paranoia about any group that oppose large government and the violations of the Constitution plus the Bill of Rights. Their tactics are similar to the debunked MIAC and DHS reports depend on the wildly speculative information provided by the SPLC and the ADL. The corporate media relies on the SPLC to lie and make distortions on the patriot movement. Bedell believed in a marijuana based monetary system, so he's hardly a real conservative or a libertarian. Hitching Bedell (who suffered from mental illness) up with the Ludwig von Mises Institute and Libertarians reveals just how desperate the establishment is to discredit the patriot movement. It also reveals the
utter poverty of their arguments. Now, John Avlon called the patriot movement haters when the patriot movement have educated people on civil liberties issues for years now. This event is an attempt by the establishment (using their puppets like Glenn Beck, SPLC, and Chris Matthew) to smear certain types of dissent as violence. The SPLC now compares We are Change to racist supremacist organizations.
The events made by Bedell, Stack, and von Brunn have made the establishment to scapegoat the internet. Janet Napolitano and the DHS claim that they are vindicated when they are not. Just because a mentally disturbed shooting tried to kill innocent people in the Pentagon, doesn't mean that this person is a representation of the Patriot movement at all. Bill Weir from ABC claimed that the DHS document was accurate to demonize patriotic Americans. Weir is the co-anchor of Good Morning America Weekend Edition reading a teleprompter about issues. The DHS document is entitled, "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment." The Bedell case also promotes the false left/right paradigm. Neocon Republicans insist Bedell was a registered Democrat while so-called liberals and progressives argue he was a poster child for the Tea Party and “militia” movements. “As we saw in Austin, far-right extremist rhetoric plays no small role in inspiring these acts. And inevitably, it is ordinary Americans who pay the price,” writes David Neiwert for Crooks and Liars. “We now know that the guy thought the government and the Bush family were behind the 9/11 attacks (or ‘demolitions’ as he called them), and was basically frothing at the mouth with Bush hatred,” writes a blogger going by the handle Zombie on the neocon Pajamas Media website. Michelle
Malkin says that Bedell was a registered Democrat, but Zombie said that he was a mentally disturbed man. The pro-CIA Washington Post had an article written by Joby Warrick and Spencer S. Hsu. They wrote that the acts made by Bedell, Joe Stack, and James von Brunn represent an online communities of those who possess antigovernment sentiments (fueled by the economic recession, joblessness, and the growing federal deficit). They want to clamp down on the Internet, which is a violation of many First Amendment freedoms like of course the freedom of speech. The czar Cass Sunstein in his recently published book called, "On Rumors" wants to force websites to remove "false rumors." This is dangerous since who determines who is a false
rumors. Things that criticize the government can't be a false rumor all of the time. Sunstein supports the fascist goal of the government using the COINTELPRO initiative to ban "conspiracy theories," and disrupt people who disagrees with the government. “We can readily imagine a series of possible responses,” Sunstein wrote. “(1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories.” These
fascist policies toward those who oppose the government are extreme. Now, Congress wants to support a bill now in the Senate that will give Barack Obama the power to shut down the Internet in the response to a cyber attack. As Boston Review journalist Evgeny Morozov noted last year, the cyber war threat is seriously overblown. “It is alarming that so many people have accepted the White House’s assertions about cyber-security as a key national security problem without demanding further evidence,” writes Morozov. “Have we learned nothing from the WMD debacle? The administration’s claims could lead to policies with serious, long-term, troubling consequences for network openness and personal privacy.” Going on and trying to go after the online community is a sign that the establishment is desperate in trying to promote their lies. This paranoia is an extension of the war on terror where some feel that Muslims want to destroy the entire world.

One of the most evil tactics in the Big Brother world is the installation of cameras in school bathrooms worldwide. No position of the government or any authority should be able to enact this policy, because it inheritably violates the cherished tenet of human privacy. Perverts controlling the images can exploit these images as well. This is occurring in a school in Birmingham, UK and parents are outraged about it. There are
CCTV cameras in the school’s toilets without the kids knowing about it at first (or their parents). The place is at Grace Academy in Chelmsley Wood. The report points to another recent case in Britain, where a school in Salford filmed children in various stages of undress changing into their gym kit. He proponents in the UK claim they want
to perserve child safety, but it increases the risk of perverts spying children in stages of undress. Compare this with the case of Kevin Geraghty-Shewan, a man who dared to take photographs of his own son in public riding a toy train. He was accused by a security person of being a pedophile. Big Brother in the United Kingdom is very bad like in some places of America. The CCTV placed in London has a huge power in being an oversight against human privacy indeed. When a child pervert does this on software, he or she is rightfully condemn, but when someone in governmental authority does it, some in the establishment support this injustice. The bigger picture is that schools ought to be promoted as free inquiry filled locations not promoted as akin to prisons (with strip searches that’s random, regular drug raids, proposed forced inoculations of children, etc. Even an innocent 12 year Queens student named Alexa Gonzalez
was arrested for just doodling on a desk. That‘s certainly benign behavior meriting no such action). This is why home schooling and private schooling are
popular, but they are expensive. There is nothing wrong with promoting home schooling or private education thought. I believe that public education should be reformed since public schooling focused in the right format can always resemble the fully educational quality of the American people. Some want to ban public schools, but that will leave tons of Americans without any form of education (the poor will definitely suffer much more than other groups of people as well).
Real freedoms were gained in America by not begging for them or the lack luster embrace of gradualism. Now, some policies have threaten these very ideals that are crucial in the mindset of not only the Patriots of the past, but of the Patriots in the present, and the Patriots not yet born in the Earth. Extra proof shows the police state threat transpiring in our nation and other countries worldwide. Examples in include people using full body scanners (that record intimidate details of your bodies) to fly airplanes, the FDA having military style raids on Amish farmers in Pennsylvania for just having organic milk. An NYPD officer has broken his silence and has confessed that innocent citizens are being set up and falsely arrested and ticketed in order to meet quotas. An extensive investigation has revealed that between 2003 and 2007, that state of Texas quietly gave hundreds of newborn baby blood samples to a U.S. Armed Forces laboratory for use in a forensics database. A new global treaty may force U.S. Internet service providers to spy on what you do online. There are tons of more examples of police state policies existing. We know that this stuff is real and the question is that what do we do about it. The first thing we can do is be educated
about issues (especially about legal & political matters), help people in need, defend people whose rights have been violated, and live your right in awareness plus joy (since we all need some humor and joy sometimes to fulfill the essence of our complex lives). History proves that legitimate government is necessary to protect the people. History also proves that too much governmental power in the lives of the people can cause tyranny. One example is how the Cops and CPS seized a child form parents for "mistrusting government." This family is from Williamson County, Austin. They lost custody of their 7 year old son. The Child Protective Service are investigating the issue. They believe that the child's parents taught the child to mistrust the government. This act is hardly illegal or unwarranted. Yet, this act caused the CPS to deem the parents unsuitable according to charges leveled by police officers in CPS documents. This is fascism 21st century style. There is no other description for this deed, but fascism. The parents are drug reform activist filmmakers Barry and Candi Cooper. Their home were recently raided and searched by the police. Authorities believe that Cooper's voice was heard in the background of an allegedly false police report. “Once in the couple’s home, officers discovered a small amount of marijuana and charged the Coopers with Class B misdemeanors, resulting in both their arrests. Each immediately bonded out of jail and paid a small fine. Days later, while Candi’s youngest son was visiting his father in east Texas, Child Protective Services contacted the Coopers, revealing that the incident could cost them not only custody of the boy, but also their freedom on felony child endangerment charges,” writes Stephen C. Webster of True Slant, who has been following the case. The page five of the CPS case report showed the police leveling the shocking claim that the Coopers are unsuitable parents, because they teach their children that the government is out to harm them. Page six of the report accuse the Coopers of being aggressive to authority. The Founding fathers were aggressive against the British colonialists, but anything people stand up as humans against tyranny today is falsely called terrorism by some individuals. This page said they didn't allow government employees to enter home without a court order, which they should do. Travis County Deputy District Attorney Dayna Blazey said that the Coopers are fit to be parents, their children are happy plus healthy, etc. The kids weren't in risk according to Blazey. Williamson County believes that the police claim that the Coopers allow their children and friends to use drugs in the house. Ominously, police also characterize the Coopers educating their children that the drug war is evil as an act of ‘mental abuse’. The Drug War has been made into an evil excuse to violate rights while limiting legitimate reforms to assist those with real drug addiction. The real reason why Barry Cooper (who was a former police officer and a Drug Enforcement Agent) is targeted is because of his politics. Cooper tries to catch police engaged in corruption and other criminal acts especially as it relates to the
Drug War. He had an underground DVD called "Never Get Busted Again." This teaches people how to react to police oppression. Cooper dedicated a recent You Tube video featuring him and his wife to their son, in which they discussed the raid and the attempt to seize 7-year-old Zach. “In my 19 years of experience with criminal defense matters, a search warrant for a misdemeanor charge is certainly unusual,” wrote Minnesota attorney Maury D. Beaulier, who had no prior knowledge of the Coopers’ case. “It indicates to me that this is a targeted investigation. It may be targeted because it is believed to be a part of a greater crime or conspiracy, or, perhaps, because there are political motivations at work.” The Coopers didn't succeed in trying to get custody back of their 7 year old son named Zachary. Zachary is raised by his father, who didn't have previously custody of the child. Barry has been barred form any contact with him whatsoever. The Coopers faced losing total custody of their child entirely. Barry said that this is the most horrible thing done to him in his life. The police in this instance wants the public and parents who teach a distrust of government (that was written and spoken off by the Founding Fathers), etc. should have their kids seized by the CPS. This is a new level of thought police tyranny that's extremely similar to the acts occurring in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. This is all the more reason for us to not sell out to the establishment and not be ashamed of what we believe in.

One example is a bill being proposed in Congress desired to shut down the Internet by the executive branch in a certain national emergency. The government can read my words all they want to. My beliefs are known and my name is clear. I have nothing to hide. Yet, the secrecy among certain members of the government promoting this surveillance oppression is a clear contrast to the American plus universal values of transparency, truth, and wisdom.
Appendix A: Precrime The Department of Homeland Security has mobile precrime modules. Phillip K. Dick's short story called "The Minority report" shows murder and other crimes being prevented by the efforts of 3 mutants that precogs. They can see the future as presented in the movie. The Department of Homeland Security don't have pecogs, but they have the Future Attribute Screening Technologies. It was originally called the Project Hostile Intent. The purpose of the program was to detect hostile thought by screening people at the border en even at public events. According to DHS science spokesman John Verrico in 2008, the program is capable of 78% accuracy on mal-intent detection, and 80% on deception. On July 24, 2008 then DHS Under Secretary Jay Cohen stated that the goal of the program is to create a new technology that would work in real time as opposed to after a crime is already committed. “The system uses a battery of sensors — everything from simple cameras to infrared sensors to eye-safe laser radars — to do its job, and it then collates the data to determine if people are displaying biological markers that betray mal-intent,” Gizmodo reports. In other words, a technology able to detect and prevent precrime or, more accurately, thought crime. The FAST video ignores the fact that this technology violates the Fifth Amendment of the American Constitution. The Bill of Rights is violated all of the time as a quaint anachronism in the war on manufactured terrorism. The purpose of this technology isn't necessarily to stop crime, but to condition
the larger public to accept a high-tech totalitarian police state (and to acquiesce to all kinds of intrusive behavior by the government officials and law enforcement). Even years ago, these act would be wholly rejected as unacceptable. The FAST program is just one part of larger projected made by the Department of Homeland Security. The DHS really want to transform America into a high tech Stasi surveillance police state. Some of these projects deal with mind reading, biometrics, and the penetration of social networks. They go by many names. They include: the Credentialing Project (developing “credentialing systems” that incorporate biometric information), Enhancing Public Response and Community Resilience Project (an effort to fully integrate state and federal emergency programs), High Impact Technological Solution – Biometric Detector Project (an effort to “provide efficient, high quality, contact less [sic] acquisition of fingerprint biometric signatures for identity management”), Insider Threat Detection Program (designed to “detect insider behavior that is likely to present or lead to a threat to critical infrastructure using behavioral indicators”), and others. The FAST interrogation trailer can be used in high security events and other places like malls, grocery stores, workplaces, and at strategic locations in our neighborhoods. This isn't paranoid fantasy. The police state incubators have been deployed in England as mobile metal detectors since at least 2008. In 2005, George Churchill-Coleman, who at one time headed Scotland Yard’s anti-terrorist squad, told the Guardian Britain is becoming a police state. “I have a horrible feeling that we are sinking into a police state, and that’s not good for anybody. We live in a democracy and we should police on those standards,” he said. The TSA have expanded its operation from airports to school buses. The government have portrayed anyone with dissent over the policies of the government as terrorists or akin to al-Qaeda. In 2008, Glen Beck and the neo-con Joel Rosenberg said that a perfect storm of terrorist attacks would be made up of Marxists and al-Qaeda operatives. Beck lies and said that 9/11 truthers would target Obama for assassination. Beck's propaganda is similar to the corporate media's lies about trying to force people to enjoy the nullification of our rights (as found in the Bill of Rights and Constitution) in the aftermath of a terrorist attack. General Tommy Franks in 2003 told Cigar Aficionado magazine that a big terrorist attack could end our constitutional government to be replaced with a military form of government. The Pentagon in 2004 forced residents to have biometric IDs (made up of a retina scan and an ID card) after Falljuah, Iraq was leveled in response to resistance after the illegal invasion of Iraq. Operatives of the government want all Americans to have biometric ID card system today. “National identification cards, long feared by privacy advocates, may soon become mandatory for American workers. In a bipartisan effort to curb the hiring of illegal immigrants, Sens. Charles Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have proposed legislation that, if passed, will require all working Americans to carry biometric ID cards containing fingerprint records and other personal information,” The Week reported on March 11. We don't need thought crime trailers at all. Comparing the Oath Keepers or even a legitimate militia group to al-Qaeda is a lie and slander. These slanders are being promoted by the Southern Poverty Law Center, the DHS, and others. People have a right to promote the Bill of Rights, believe in the Second Amendment, have questions about illegal immigration, and oppose the policies of Barack
Obama. The DHS is something else. We should hope nothing terrible occurs in this nation, especially since some people in federal government (not every in the federal government) will undoubtedly exploit such an occurrence as an excuse to promote their Big Brother policies.
Some have criticized pre crime policing in the world. There was 5 police agencies who apprehended a 39-year old Oregonian named David Pyles. This occurred in March 8 in the morning. The authorities claimed that it was don to thwart another lone wolf mass murdered. The police “were able to successfully take a potentially volatile male subject into protective custody for a mental evaluation,” announced a press release put out by the Medford, Oregon, police department. The suspect had been placed on administrative leave from his job. He was called disgruntled and has firearms, yet these aren't justifications to arrest someone. The authorities claimed that he was planning retaliation against his employees when that isn't conclusively proven at all. Pyles "voluntarily" turned himself over to police custody. His legally purchased firearms were seized for safekeeping. The voluntary exchange involved 2 SWAT Teams, police officers from Medford, and nearby “were able to successfully take a potentially volatile male subject into protective custody for a mental evaluation,” announced a press release put out by the Medford, Oregon, police department. The problem with these developments is that David Pyles didn't commit any crime nor was he suspected of having committed one. The police didn't obtain a warrant for either search or arrest. never consulted with a judge or mental health professional before sending out the military-style tactical teams to take Pyle in. This isn't even a representation of law enforcement. This is fascism. Pyles said that the SWAT Team woke him up with a phone call at about 5:50 in the morning. They were pointing their guns at his house. The officer on the phone told him to turn himself in. He agreed if he wouldn't be handcuffed, he would not take him off his property, and he wouldn't be forced to get a mental health evaluation. He agreed. Yet, the second he came outside, the SWAT team jumped him. They handcuffed him, took him off his property, and took him to get a mental health evaluation. This is a broken promise by the law enforcement authorities. At noon in the same day, Pyles was released from the Rogue Valley Medical Center with a clean bill of mental health. Four days later the Medford Police Department returned Pyle’s guns, despite telling him earlier in the week—falsely—that he'd need to undergo a second background check before he could get them back. On Friday the Medford Police Department put out a second press release, this time announcing that the agency had returned the "disgruntled" worker's guns, and "now considers this matter closed. Pyles' case been causing outrage among the gun rights community. Kevin Starrett is from the Oregon Firearms Federation. He's been advising Pyles. He helped him to get his guns back. Lars Larson, who is an Oregon based syndicated conservative talk radio host have taken up the story. Now, Pyles is trying to get an attorney to gain a possible civil rights lawsuit to occur. Some people believe that all criminal acts or terrorism can be prevented if authoritarian policies are instituted. This hasn't worked. We should be vigilant to stop crime, but no human is perfect, so bad occurrence will happen in various times. The best policies is to protect our liberties, and use preventative measures to prevent crime that don't violate liberties from innocent people. There is nothing wrong to find warning signs, but this is different from Pyles. Pyles was just trying to handle a business contract from his job and he wasn't trying to enact terrorism against any place at all. He worked at home since he was placed in administrative leave on March 4. Pyles brought guns and calls himself a gun enthusiast. Pyles has nothing criminal record. James Leuenberger is a criminal defense attorney who is advising Pyles. He said that the apprehension of David Pyles violated the Oregon kidnapping laws and that he could win a lawsuit. Joseph Bloom, who is a psychiatrist at Oregon Health and Science University and a specialist in civil commitment law, said that the police who detained Pyles were likely acting on the cover of Oregon law. This is wrong since he was lead in handcuffs by SWAT teams. The government ought not to drag people from their homes without a warrant and send them into a mental health evaluation based when a person have done legal actions (with no oversight from a judge, or guidance from a psychiatrist). Starrett disagreed with the view that Pyles voluntarily turned himself in. Even if the apprehension of Pyles was legal, the seizure of his guns wasn't. Because civil commitment laws aren't criminal in nature, they don't carry
authorization for the police to search a private residence. According to Pyles, he closed the door behind him as he left his home. Because the police didn't have a search warrant, they had no right to even enter Pyles' home, much less seize guns inside that he bought and possessed legally. Pyles said that the NRA and the ACLU can agree that the SWAT Team's acts toward him were wrong. It is about civil rights and if this can occur against him in Oregon, it can occur against anyone in the USA. Precrime is still wrong.
