Terms & Conditions: 1. Incentive Scheme shall be applicable only when, minimum Target/Numbers are achieved. 2. Incentive will be calculated on the basis of: Start to End programme i.e. From Counselling-Registration-Class-Exam. 3. Incentive will be distributed on performance basis & percentage distribution will be decided by the management. 4. Incentive scheme Start date shall be considered as 01.06.2015 & End Date will be 30.09.2015. 5. Incentive will be distributed within 15 days of submitting the report by the staff. 6. Any discrepancies in scheme or incentive amount should bring to the notice of management within 3 days of receipt, after that no changes will be entertained. 7. Incentive scheme should not be discussed with any of the branches or Head Office personals, if found, Incentives will be fortified for all.
