User requests Report from Reporting Server (RS) trough Report Web Interface (RWI) User review report and if there is something wrong he click the “Submit TT” button in RWI RWI is redirected to SharePoint Site where “New TT” form is displayed and pre-filled with report ID and Data Set name, user name, and based on Data Set name, User will fill in description of discrepancy in report, alternatively attach screenshot or supporting files Once TT is submitted and stored in SharePoint list new workflow is started This workflow will send email to user with information about new TT, also Data Steward is notified by email with all information from TT Data Steward will fix discrepancy on RS Once issue is solved Data Steward will change status of TT, workflow informs User about successful resolution of discrepancy and workflow is finished User will again review report from RS trough RWI
