PROFILE
In 1971, PALING Industries was established to produce uPVC pipes and fittings in Malaysia and through the years has expanded its wide range of products from pipes and fittings to sanitary products like plastic cisterns and other accessories for various applications in water and building industries. In 2001, PALING entered into a global partnership with the Etex Plastics Group, now known as Aliaxis, a world leader in plastic piping systems. With a reputation equally based on the same high principles of customer service, product excellence and technical innovation, a substantial investment program has taken place to support these common aims. It is not surprising then that the task of supplying the required pipes and fittings to mega projects such as KLCC (one of the tallest building in the world), KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) and Putrajaya (the new Administrative Center of the Federal Government of Malaysia) was best awarded to the specialist who has the resources, expertise and experience to meet the intricate and challenging specification requirement.

Rubber Ring Joint System Benefits:
Flexible joint can withstand ground settlement without damage. Low insertion force to provide ease and speed in installation. Fully watertight system to external pressure and depression. Permits wide radius bends during installation. High resistance to ageing and external agents. Permits linear thermal expansion. Angular and diametral deformation strength.
Paling uPVC Underground pipe is fitted with Forsheda 605 Sewer Lock System, an integrated system where the seal and mandrel act together as a tool to shape the pipe socket during pipe manufacture. The seal is firmly locked in the correct position by cooling-shrinking the pipe socket. Together the two seal materials form a forming tool to shape its own seal groove eliminating irregularities and tolerances in the socket. As the pipe is supplied with seal firmly intergrated during manufacture, pipelaying work is

Drill the pipe squarely with a cylindrical saw ø = 152mm (6").

PALING Connectors
Connecting to existing materials quickly and simply, saves installation time. Paling Underground Drainage and Sewer Systems are manufactured to British and Malaysian standards and are compatible with other standard uPVC drainage systems of the same nominal size. Paling Underground Drainage Systems have been designed to meet the needs of today's drain laying market. It incorporates a wide range of fittings that makes the system easy to use even in bad weather conditions and enables all types of drainage to be catered for. The system's overall flexibility offers considerable savings in both labour and installation time. A comprehensive range of components is available in (110mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm and 315mm sizes, thus ensuring that Paling can supply all domestic, commercial and industrial requirements for both foul water and surface water drainage up to main sewer).

110mm has integral snap cap and seals for quick and push-fit pipe insertion. The base unit is 450mm in diameter and has an effective height of 278mm. Riser can be cut to suit levels. In 1971, PALING Industries was established to produce uPVC pipes and fittings in Malaysia and through the years has expanded its wide range of products from pipes and fittings to sanitary products like plastic cisterns and other accessories for various applications in water and building industries. Rubber Ring Joint System Benefits:
Flexible joint can withstand ground settlement without damage. Low insertion force to provide ease and speed in installation. Fully watertight system to external pressure and depression. Permits wide radius bends during installation. High resistance to ageing and external agents. Permits linear thermal expansion. Angular and diametral deformation strength.
Paling uPVC Underground pipe is fitted with Forsheda 605 Sewer Lock System, an integrated system where the seal and mandrel act together as a tool to shape the pipe socket during pipe manufacture. The seal is firmly locked in the correct position by cooling-shrinking the pipe socket. Together the two seal materials form a forming tool to shape its own seal groove eliminating irregularities and tolerances in the socket. As the pipe is supplied with seal firmly intergrated during manufacture, pipelaying work is

Paling offers a variety of bends, junctions, adaptors, gullies and access fittings to overcome the most difficult drainage installation.
PALING Connectors
Connecting to existing materials quickly and simply, saves installation time. Paling Underground Drainage and Sewer Systems are manufactured to British and Malaysian standards and are compatible with other standard uPVC drainage systems of the same nominal size. Paling Underground Drainage Systems have been designed to meet the needs of today's drain laying market. It incorporates a wide range of fittings that makes the system easy to use even in bad weather conditions and enables all types of drainage to be catered for. The system's overall flexibility offers considerable savings in both labour and installation time. A comprehensive range of components is available in (110mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm and 315mm sizes, thus ensuring that Paling can supply all domestic, commercial and industrial requirements for both foul water and surface water drainage up to main sewer).

Useful measurements Height
110mm has integral snap cap and seals for quick and push-fit pipe insertion. The base unit is 450mm in diameter and has an effective height of 278mm. Riser can be cut to suit levels. Inspection chambers (450mm) must not exceed 1m deep (base, four risers plus cover & frame). Shallow access chamber (230mm) must not exceed 600mm deep (base, two risers plus cover & frame).
