NJDG, Fort Lee, New Jersey- design build of a new upscale state of the art denta
l and lab complex right of Route 4, right over the George Washington Bridge in N
J. 5 treatment rooms and full floor dental lab. $1.2MM
Revd Up Pie LLC, Multiple Locations-initiated and lead a large team consisting o
f clients, design professionals and contractors to set up franchise locations fo
r a GREEN, LEED registered Platinum interior construction restaurant with heat r
eclamation, all energy star appliances and HVAC, water saving equipment, green r
oof, wind turbines, PV panels, all re-used or reclaimed materials. First locatio
n opened in November 2010.

Westwood Station, Westwood, MA-Responsible for project management from pre-const
ruction through subcontractor buyout and construction. Responsible for establish
ing initial project budget, schedule and logistics plan, overseeing the initial
implementation of the construction plan; and facilitating communications among t
he construction team, design team and owner. 60 Person team and point person for
the initial GMP, Phase I $480MM.
Westwood Station, Westwood, MA-Construction of mixed use development on 140 acre
s. Phase I consists of roadway and infrastructure work-$100MM .Project is set as
4.5 million square feet, and a total of $1.5B, mixed use project. Residential,
life safety, retail, infra-structure, commercial, and office towers, hospitality
, municipal buildings and structured parking. New substation and 4 new 13.8kv ck
ts, new overhead 25kv lines, 114 miles of new conduit feeders and associated tel
ecom, programmed for 108Mva for opening.

Executive VP of a leading professional project management/telecom/construction f
irm, directly managing 6 full time senior project managers who in turn manage do
zens of projects and data centers for Level 3, NYL, Global Center, Exodus, IST.
Initiating all new business development.
PARKMED, NYC- a 132,000 s.f. healthcare facility. This is a premier facility in
the United States. This project in Manhattan was evolving on a daily basis. Pre-
construction was specifically outlined to ensure purchasing and schedule. All co
nstruction and project management for all trades and all medical equipment and s
uppliers. New service and circuit transformer and 3,200 Amp risers. Budget $44MM
Rockstar Games, NYC-A 50,000 s.f. corporate facility for the world's number one
video game producer, Rockstar Games. Complete gut renovation while we re-stacked
, 4 full floors. All services were performed as CM/PM directly with subcontracto
rs, high end finishes, all furnishing and art; and 2 redundant datacenters, all
future requirements. Budget $33MM
Take-Two Interactive, NYC-A Corporate build-out on three floors at their interna
tional headquarters. This is to be T2's headquarters in the United States. This
project was expanded to include MDF's, IDF's, data center, new circuit transform
ers and all new risers, new infrastructure. Budget $21MM.
Healthfirst, NYC-A 350,000 s.f. restack Office/Corporate project for the nation'
s 8th largest health care provider. Managed two full time project managers who i
n turn provided daily meetings, client meeting, client approvals, margins, staff
management, all construction, AIA requisitions, RFI's, RFE's, estimates, all ca
sh flow, executive snapshots and all schedules and phase completion projections.
Budget $60MM.
New York Life, Alpharetta, GA-A 180,000 s.f. alternative LEED data center, in an
industrial center located in Forsythe County, Georgia. This N+2 faculty feature
s full 24/7 operations and monitoring and full health center and kitchen. This p
roject required real estate negotiation, purchase agreements, state and federal
grants and rebates, site surveys across the country for feasibility studies; ex
ecutive board NYL approvals, local and state committee board approvals, and infr
astructure analysis and utilities negotiations. This $48MM facility was highly i
nspected for all local, state and new federal compliance after the disaster reco
very federal white paper. Delivered 2 new 13.8kv circuits from new 25kv overhead
.

Directly managed 4 full time project managers serving as agents for the followin

Ernst & Young World Tower, 5 Times Square, New York City -a 38 story office corp
orate building direct project management of all daily duties and all design team
members, managed by the on-site full time project manager. 1.1M SF, Budget $430

Reuters International, 3 Times Square, New York City - a 32 story office corpora
te building with the direct project and construction management of all daily du
ties and all design team members. Included multiple tenant build-outs which were
occurring simultaneously with the vertical construction. 855,000SF, Budget $560
MM.
The Carlyle Group, DC- Atlantic Telcom-6000,000 s.f. commercial development in B
rooklyn, new facade, interiors, infrastructure, and devised entire new master pl
anned building use. $60MM
Project Manager/Super/Client point of Contact Structuretone, New York City
Full time on-site only manager for each individual project. Duties ended only wi
th client sign-off and final move-in. required to double as registered NYC site
safety officer/OSHA regulator.
ABOVENET.COM, New York City - This project was the construction a 120,000 s.f. c
o-location site. Redundant risers telecom and electrical, six rotary 2meg genera
tors, high security protocols. Long lead item purchase and daily site supervisio
n. Budget $88MM.
DEUTSCH INC., New York City- America's number one ad firm's new world headquarte
rs. Media rooms, teleconferencing, computer tape storage, and TV production stud
ios. TV studios and fast-track schedule, direct contact with clients daily.
100,000 s.f. interior renovation-$22MM
NATIONS BANC MONTGOMERY/Bank of America, New York City- Sixteen floors of 9w57st
, were renovated in four floor phases, each in a span of five months, including
trading floors, media conference rooms, datacenters and security rooms. 300,000
s.f. interior renovation, 2 year project-$70MM
LIZ CLAIBORNE - New York City - this project was the management of a 300,000 s.f
. infrastructure rehab at 1441 Broadway. Interior boutique showrooms and 40,000
s.f. data center, new additional Con Edison service and multiple retail ground l
evel stores. Budget $38MM.
Project Manager, Miller Builders, Springfield, MA
Most projects were spent traveling throughout the Northeast. All projects handle
d by Miller Builders were managed full time though travel, meetings, conference
calls and on site walk throughs and weekly on site inspections and punch lists.
Wachovia Banks, through-out the Northeast, - This multiple location rollout of n
ewly branded banks, were at the time First Union branches. Budget $36MM.
CVS, through-out the east coast-New York City - This multiple location retail ro
llout of newly designed new stores and renovation of existing stores. The projec
t was the on-site construction management. The total of 17 stores consisted of r
enovation of new retail vanilla box to suit the new designs. Budget $7MM.
Northampton Hotel-icomplete interior renovation $3.7MM.
Multiple Beer Gardens, Steak and Brews, Red Lobsters, Houlihans -The coordinatio
n of all these locations and build-outs were my responsibility. Budgets for all
totaling $5MM.

Training began as a "tools on: working superintendent, working up to project man
ager.
E.F.Hutton New World HQ/Deutsche Bank HQ, NYC-53 story tower new construction, d
uties expanded to all interior trades and the re-branding of the build to a new
concept. This 900,000s,f, building was completed to the new spec within 2 years,
conference rooms, auditoriums, theatres, trading floors, IT center, generators,
health offices and maintenance offices and full service areas. $96MM
Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, Experimental Eye Research Wing, Uptown New York
Campus.
Expanded all exanimation offices, administration offices, all hot and cold labs,
all new operating rooms, new lead lined x-ray rooms, slit lamp rooms, radial ke
ratomotry booths, and the entire eyeglass store and eye clinic Devised swing sta
ging of operations to allow the full wing to remain operational. $34MM.
New York University Hospital, First Avenue Complex 1985 Upgrade
Experimental Sleep Deprivation labs: all dorms, all facilities, all wet labs, al
l x-ray rooms, all computer rooms, all refrigeration rooms, all equipment and ma
