players are experiencing difficulties logging in or using one of our products it is up to me
to make those problems a thing of the past! I take great pride in providing hi-quality and

exceeding 100% SLA targets. The role started as purely a customer service role, but due
to my display of technical skill I was promoted to Lead Technical Specialist.
As the Technical Specialist for day shift it was my job to:

Febuary 2010 Recruitment Consultant, Bordeaux France. As a recruitment
consultant I was responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary
or permanent positions with client companies. I excelled at using sales, business
development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from
client companies throughout. Building relationships with clients is something I find very
easy and enjoyable. As I am bilingual; English/French, my role focused on English
speaking candidates who are seeking work in France.

Summer 2009 Voluntary work for Daisy's Eye Cancer Fund I worked as a volunteer
in Kenya for Daisy's Eye Cancer fund, to help build local capacity in the care of children
with the rare eye cancer, retinoblastoma. This is a fast growing eye cancer affecting
babies and very young children. I worked with their team, video documenting the second
annual conference of the Kenya National Retinoblastoma Strategy Group, whose
purpose is to achieve collaborative development of a national medical and psychosocial
care program for affected children and their families. I also documented the very
significant presentation and initial use of a Retcam Shuttle™ (a specialised camera for
filming the retina), the first medical device of its kind in Africa.

Feb and June 2008 part-time volunteer at St. Neots Community College Worked in
the Modern Languages department, using my skills in both English and French and in
the graphics departments as I am keen on art and computers. In both sections, I
prepared presentations, posters etc and carried out photocopying duties. In the
languages department I helped arrange a visit of year 9/10 students to France, this
included phoning various hotels, museums etc to arrange and finalise bookings.

Sep 2007 to May 2008 In my final year at Longsands' Community college, I ran a small
shop with a small group of sixth formers. Our aim was to source and sell snacks cheaply
to students in the lower school. Our venture was very successful and still continues
today.

May 2005 Work Experience As part of the school curriculum, I arranged my own work
experience in France. I secured a position as an assistant salesman for a company
which sold and arranged leasing contracts for Toshiba photocopiers and printers. The job
involved visiting customers and preparing and completing various contracts with them. I
helped the sales manager set up and demonstrate their newly purchased/leased
products and carried out some initial training with the customers. Back at the office I
liaised with the sales and accounting departments ensuring that each received the
correct copies of the paperwork. All communications during my time with this company
were in French.

Achievements
I belong to an association which helps blind people and have participated in guided tours
to such places as Disneyland Paris, the Lake District, Cornwall and various other
locations in England and France. I have also assisted with fund raising events for this
charity and have taken part in street collections, helped set up and run their stall at many
events, including the Autumn Fete which usually raises in excess of £1,500. As a result, I
am very confident around disabled people.

Hobbies
Over the past 2 years I have been raising a Husky Puppy. She was a rescue from
abusive owners. I attend the gym on a regular basis. I enjoy traveling and seeing as
much as I can. I still play the odd video game. I am currently helping a friend of mine
train for the October 2013 IronMan in Barcelona.
